Maybelline New York Dream Fresh BB Cream

I love this BB Cream as an alternative to foundation on an everyday basis. The coverage is quite light but enough to brighten up dull looking skin. It's one of the first products I've finished off and bought again. It doesn't stick to recently moisturised skin but I usually apply it directly to bare skin.

I think I might be a bit picky with bb creams, but this one didn't blow me away. I won't repurchase but I do think it is a good cheap option for a BB, I just prefer others (which are about 20 more expensive too.) The formula is quite thin and takes a bit of blending in, and the colour was ever so slightly off for me. It did have a nice finish and my skin felt nice, foundation going easy over the top but the coverage wasn't super impressive. It was less matte than my others as well.

I have been using this daily for about 4 months now after trying a few different BB's. This stuff is amazing. even make up notices can use it easily. It makes my skin GLOW and looks better then it has ever..... i actually love it. Well worth the $20

I use this everyday instead of wearing foundation, and people often comment on how nice I look. It stays on for most of the day for me, however I sometimes need to apply it again halfway through the day. I really do love this, it has been my favourite out of all the BB creams I have tried. It is a little runny in texture but if you don't squeeze to hard you will have no problems with this. Additionally, it is very light on your face so you don't feel as though it has been caked on which for me, is another big bonus.

So this is the first BB cream ive tried so I dont really have another one to compare it to but I liked it, I find it good for when you dont want to wear makeup but arent confident enough to go with bare skin! (like going to the gym, or the supermarket) it make my skin look more even and gave me a dewy look.

This wasn't for me! I found that it slid off my face after an hour or so and went patchy. This may be because of my Combo/Oily skin type.

I purchase this product on a regular basis and use it whenever I apply my makeup. It makes my skin look fresh and healthy at first when it is applied to the skin it looks quite sheer but eventually dries into a nice and natural glow. I use it a base for foundation because it really helps give me the extra coverage I need to cover up my under eye circles and my acne scarring. It also works so well just by itself with a powder over top and looks smooth and doesn't make the powder look cakey. It is quite a versatile product and is a great value for the money.

I'm a BIG BB cream fan myself, because I haven't yet mastered the perfect foundation or what to look for. I tried other brands, that seemed to be really thick and clogged my pores. This was one of the better BBs I've tried. It's a very thin, creamy, light weigh formula that glides on and is easy to work into the skin. It does a fairly good job of covering blemishes, but a tiny bit more coverage would have been good!

I wouldn't use this again. I didn't like the extremely runny consistency which made it hard to apply and gave thin coverage, even for a BB cream. The tube repeatedly squeezed out too much at once because it's so runny but I needed to use a lot anyway to get the coverage I wanted. To top it off, I had a severe allergic reaction to it which made my face red and itchy. In the end, I disliked the consistency of it so much that I flagged trying the sensitive option and switched to another brand altogether, with amazing results! Sorry Maybelline, not a fan of this one :(

I love this bb cream! I have it in the shade light (which appears darker than the one for oily skin?) and it matches my skin tone perfectly! It does moisturise your skin as well as provide light-medium coverage, which is perfect for just everyday. This range of bb creams by Maybelline (meaning this and the oily skin one) are my favourite bb creams and I don't think I'll try any others any time soon!! :)
