Australis Mineral Highlighter

This is beautiful I have been using this for a few days I purchased this in Pearl from farmers got it for half price so I couldn't resist it, I have never tried a liquid highlighter before and was a little scared I would make a mess but it is very simple to use I push the pump halfway down as I find that is enough to do the areas I like to highlight and if I need more then there is still the other half left in the pump and that way I have no waste I use my fingers to dab on small amounts I find dragging pulls up my foundation and looks yuck. I also like to add a pump to my foundation mixing it in I find it gives my skin a nice glow.Stays all day doesn't rub off still looks flawless at the end of the day. I like that the pump doesn't pump out a crazy amount of product because there's no way to put back any left overs and its could be very wasteful.I like the subtle highlight it gives nothing to full on nice and light glowy look. The packaging is a cute sleek tube slightly bigger than a lipstick, In a black tube with a metallic pink cap that pops off and a black pump. All round super impressed with this product!

This does exactly what it says ! I have the pearl colour and its so great you can mix it in with your liquid foundation to give you a healthy glow or use it as a perfect highlighter ! so affordable so worth it !!

This stuff really makes you glow where ever you put it! The shimmers in it make it look so pretty and catches the light perfectly, I found it over powering when I first started working with it but I got to learn that less was more. It has a sheer silky texture that glides onto your skin. I would be like to purchase the gold highlighter in the future.

While I will probably try a more high end highlighter when this runs out, I do really like this product. It is affordable, and the shade pearl is really nice. I use this under my brow bone, cupids bow and on top of cheek bones. I often pump out too much though, so use a highhand and dont apply too much-just a small amount blended in with your little finger is all you need-I apply after all my other makeup products.

This is and all round great product, it blends so easily and looks so good its really good for making those great facial features stand out x

This is such a great highlighter, but for it to look natural you just use a tiny amount, or it can look quite unnatural and too 'shiny.' The only thing I don't like about it, is the pump squeezes out about the amount you need for 2 or 3 applications which can be quite a pain. I like to use just a tiny but on my cheekbones, browbone, and down my nose to give a natural glow.

I was so excited to try this product but that changed quickly to disappointment.

No matter how I applied this product it just did not work for me. Dabbing, patting, or rubbing it on over foundation did not work.

The only use i have gotten out of it has been mixing it with foundation to get a slightly dewy finish of just using it on its own on days I dont wear foundation and want a little bit of highlight.

Over all I would not repurchase or recommend to anyone.

I like this product but I hate it.

It is very shimmery,not chunky shimmer but shimmer all the same. I LOATHE the pump, it would be great if I was putting the highlighter on myself and 5 others but alas it is just me and it pumps out WAAAAAY too much which is a waste of product and money. I does take a bit of work to blend it to a nice finish and it is something I can only use at night because during the day I look like I could be Edward Cullen(granted I dont use it all over my face but you know what I mean)

The packaging,like most Australis Products, is GORGEOUS.

I feel like this looks super unnatural on the skin. For a night out it would probably look stunning. But just for everyday its not natural and its just too much!! Sorry Australis, I usually love your products!

To be honest I would say yes this is a good highlighter but thats it. It definitely didn't have any moisturisring properties for me or any other properties/benefits other than highlighting with shimmer. I found it easy to apply and came out of the pump rather easily but it doesnt do as much as it says it does.
