Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Oil-Free Review

Being the first time I've ever used a BB cream, I can't compare this one to other brands, but I can say that I am very impressed by this product. The lightweight cream glides on smoothly and blends evenly to create a healthy glow with a non-oily, matte finish which lasts all day. It also conceals any patchiness or redness. I have a sensitive skin and usually get a few spots from my foundation, but this BB cream felt just like a moisturiser. I would definitely pay the recommended retail price for this product.

after using the anti aging BB cream, I had high hopes on this but was sadly disappointed. Colour was lighter than expected, and it made my skin feel very dry. After two days of use, my skin broke out in pimples.I Dont like it

My skin is usually oily but prone to drying out if I exfoliate too much... This product is a thin light liquid that I found very easy to apply just like your usual facial moisturisers. Gave me full coverage without being heavy, giving a more natural look. I use it before work in the morning and it lasts all day which is great! I feel you'd get your money's worth out of this stuff, you don't need to use a lot. However the only problem I found was that it was a little too easy to squeeze a bit too much out, being quite runny. But definitely lived up to its promise, made my skin appear clearer without giving it the heavy foundation look. Must add that it saved lots of time in the mornings when getting ready for work - just put it on like moisturiser and I'm done! From my experience I would definitely recommend this product, wish I had tried it sooner!

I have combination skin but more towards the oily side. I generally dont get that many blemishes or pimples but when i do they are often quite red. After my normal facial routine i applied the BB cream to my face and found it covered up my blemishes well and didnt leave a cake like look. The consistancy was great and i found it very easy to apply to my face. I really like wearing the bb cream for the first couple of hours but after that i found it became very shiny and felt very oily on my skin leaving it looking a bit yucky compared to when it was first applied. Im not sure whether this was due to my own natural oily skin or whether this is what happens with this product. I would certainly try this product again but prehaps when i felt my skin wasnt behaving so badly (oily). I suggest give it a go and see if it works for you as i personally loved the initial look.

The texture is pretty runny so be careful squeezing it out of the tube. It spreads easily but will take a while to absorb into the skin and dry. Once it's dry it does last - there's a decent amount left on my skin when I go to wipe it off at the end of the day.

After trialling this product on its own, over moisturiser and under a full face of make up I found it to be surprisingly successful. My initial reaction was one of concern when I noticed the product was extremely runny. It didn't spread as easily as I expected it to so I do recommend dotting the product all over the face before rubbing it straight into the skin. After applying it did (as it said it would) have a shine free matte finish wish lasted me all day. Leaving it a few minutes to settle on my skin left it feeling so soft and smooth. It was as if I wasnt wearing anything at all. I have a lot of scarring which you could still see after applying the cream but it was toned down nicely so it didnt look as harsh and raw as it would have otherwise, as well as helping to even out my skin tone and giving me a slight sun kissed look. My thoughts on the packaging were 50/50. The box it came in most definitely had to many words all over it but the cute natural skintoned looking bottle it came in made up for that loss. I think its great to wear alone as a quick, casual "makeup free" look and I will continue to do so. I absolutely rate this product and will be recommending it to my friends and family :)

I love the slim tube that this BB Cream comes in. It's sleek, and the product comes out quickly and easily. The consistency of the liquid looks thin, but when you apply it, it is thick and provides a great amount of coverage. i really liked the way this evened out mu skin tone and got rid of any red spots. When I first opened this BB Cream I was quite surprised with how orange toned it was. I was worried that this would look orange on my skin, but when applied it gave off a nice golden tone. This product has a very strong smell to it (similar to a standard deodorant), and I find this smell lingers for a little while until the BB cream has settled into my skin. I experimented with using this BB cream on top of moisturizer and primer, and also without moisturizer or primer. Without primer or moisturizer, the Garnier oil free BB cream clung to my skin, and pores. I also noticed that if I didn't apply a small amount, the BB cream looked thick and caked on. I have applied this BB cream with my fingers, a stippling brush, and a beauty blender! Overall, I absolutely love applying my BB cream with the beauty blender. It provides a smooth, even finish and also gives a nice glowing, dewy look. I have been using this BB cream every day instead of foundation, and I have used concealer with it as well because I have very dark under eye circles. My favorite thing about this BB cream is that it really does provide a matte finish! I love that my skin does not look oily while wearing this, and its stays put all day! The only thing that I dislike about this product is that it states that after four weeks of using this product, pores are reduced and skin is less oily. I haven't noticed this, and have been using the BB cream for almost a month now. I find that my pores have become more visible (especially over my nose and cheek area) since using this product. Overall, I love this BB cream, and can't find much fault in it. It does what every good BB cream should do, and it is affordable :)

Omg i simply love the light tone BB cream , i clean my face dry it off and put this BB cream on and bam face looks amazing just by that one product ! Fully bends in and could almost say my face looks nothing but natural (: soo happy with it im defos gna go and buy me a another one !!!

Well, I was thinking that maybe I needed to use this cream long enough, to see if it was beneficial. However, even after applying the first times. The texture was quite thick and sunk into my wrinkles. Unlike the other (BB) creams, which I found to be smooth in that texture. There was no grit, if you know what I mean??
