I purchased this Nyx wonder pencil for one purpose primarily- for my lower waterline to brighten the eye and give it a larger appearance. I had been on the hunt for yonks for a flesh toned waterliner, there are tonnes of white liners on the market but on my skin tone these look quite stark for daytime.
The first time I used this liner I thought it hadn't worked at all! I had the expectation that it would transfer a nice clean nude line onto my waterline. When I swatched it on my hand it looked as if it should do the job. Unfortunately I guess I have very watery eyes as this makes only a very very subtle difference on my waterline. If I kind of dry off my waterline with a Q-tip prior to application I get a slightly more consistent application. In general however, I can barely tell that I have added another step to my makeup routine. I have not used this as a concealer as its a little thick for my liking. This is quite nice to sharpen up around your lips though, especially when wearing a bold lip, as I have quite a poorly defined lipline. Overall I will continue to pull this out on occasion and hope that it has made some subtle difference to my red waterline, and on the odd occasion when I wear a bold lip. I will be on the lookout for more of a waterproof/gel formulation to replace this however (have heard good things about the Rimmel nude eyeliner)
This pencil is pretty amazing and can be used for lots of things. I found it not too creamy but easily bendable. The pigment is really good and glides on easily. I use it to highlight my brows, in my waterline, sharpen up around my lipstick and as a highlighter. It is just an all round good product to try out :) I found it not too creamy but easily blendable.
