Having sensitive skin can have it's issues: products sting, wind stings, make up stings, and I'm constantly battling a rosy patchiness around my cheeks. So finding a product that I can put on that's not expensive, thick and is gentle on the skin is a fantastic find in my books! Although this cream looked thick when I first got it out of the tube, putting it on I saw how deceptively light it was! It flowed on so easily and I ended up having too much on my hand for one use. It didn't feel gluggy on my skin, something that is a rare find...my skin is repulsed by anything that has thickness to it. It was so easy to apply, just some clean hands and away you go! it matched my skin tone so easily that i wasn't all that worried if i missed a bit in my rush. Like all Garnier products, it had a great fragrance to it, not to overpowering. The coverage wasn't as full as some foundations I use, but that made it a huge tick in my view because sometimes I don't want to feel smothered in make up but at the same time don't want to scare the locals when I go into town. The price for this is very reasonable, seeing as the last BB cream I used was in the $30 range. I loved the matte finish the product gave my skin, I know BB creams generally have a shine, and while this one started with somewhat of a shine, it quickly was absorbed by my over eager skin. I would highly recommend this product. In fact, I have already put my mum onto the same product, seeing as we share similar skin concerns. Overall, its a great product that has good coverage when you don't feel like having to put on a full covered foundation.

Tips: I had to keep the product away from my eye area, as the SPF can be absorbed into that area and make it feel a bit stingy like sunblock can. You don't need to use much and it has a great red coverage.
I am not a huge fan of this stuff at all. I received the Sensitive/Light version after and it was both too orange for me and made my skin burn. My skin isn't extremely sensitive so I was surprised that it reacted in this way.
It smells overwhelmingly like sunscreen and feels greasy on my skin. I took it off about five minutes after putting it on because I was concerned about the burning sensation it caused.
I would not buy this or recommend it to a friend, but I have heard good things about the oily version. I have tried both the Missha and Lioele BB creams and both of them are far superior to this poor excuse for a tinted sunscreen.
Tips: Buy a Korean BB cream instead.
This product was a very light and refreshing formula, and it is a great colour for me. It does not give very much coverage, but then again most bb creams do not anyway. Throughout the day, the lasting power of this bb cream is not the best, however is it very very easy to top up, and you need very minimal product to cover your face which is a bonus. I also liked how this product does not cling to the dry spots that I have on my face.
In terms of the sensitive skin aspect of this BB cream, it worked perfectly, as I has no reaction to this BB cream at all! This was great, as I usually have reactions to face products like this around my eyes, but it didn't happen with this product, so I would recommend it to anyone with the same skin sensitivity. I also did not notice this BB Cream causing break outs.
I have experimented applying this bb cream with both a brush and also with just my fingers. Although I preferred the brush finish, this BB cream is still suitable to apply on the go with out a brush which I was impressed with. The product blends out well, and leaves a great, almost dewy finish on the skin. The smell is pleasant and fresh, and I feel like it would be a perfect substitute to foundation or tinted moisturiser in the summer months, also because it has added SPF. Overall, this is a great product, and I would definitely consider repurchasing it once I have used my current one!
Oh my god I need to get myself some shares in Garnier! When I tore open my Beauty Review courier bag I was on the edge of my seat excited. The packaging is nice and simple but really informative! The tube is so cute and if you need to chuck it in your handbag it fits perfectly! Once I had the tube out of its box the challenge was on! I had to try it straight away so I raced to the bathroom and washed off my makeup so I could give it a go! I opened the tube and had a smell - and I was pleasantly surprised the smell was nice and light nothing in your face or overpowering ( unlike concealers which can smell strongly blurgh!) I put a small amount on my palm so I could distribute evenly over my face which was so amazingly easy! I found the best technique for the perfect even application was by using the spotting then rubbing technique! The texture was super light but man did it eliminate redness and my god it made my under eye circles disappear and it gave my skin a nice fresh glow! And there was no tingly feeling or reaction at all! YAY! I was over the moon impressed. Putting my foundation over the top became a breeze BB cream seems to make foundation application easier, faster and you end up with a more even tone! Believe me when I say using this cream cuts down the amount of foundation you need to use and your face and your wallet will thank you for it!!! It had a nice light weight feeling that lasted all day which was fantastic - there is nothing worse than feeling like you have a whole lot of heavy makeup on your face and like your facial skin cant breath during the day! I even did the drinks after work on Friday night and found I didn't need to reapply anything but lippie because this made my makeup last! What more could a girl ask for?! Since I've been wearing it I've had lots of people ask me what I was doing because I looked different - my first comment was good or bad different - everyone said good different woohoo!!!! Nothing nicer than people commenting on your appearance when it is just a simple cream. Like my heading says I am converted!!!!!!

Garnier BB Cream. So i have dry/sensitive skin, with redness on my checks. Love the thick and creamy consistency of the BB Cream but down fall would be the smell. I didn't like the smell of the BB Cream i received but the smell went after 5 minutes. Application was so easy, it blending out so smoothly and effortlessly. I applied with a sponge and also with a flat top brush. The coverage is sheer but you can build up for a little more coverage. It did cover my redness on my checks and also evened out my skin tone. Down fall was that it start to irritate my eyes, not sure why though. For me this BB Cream gave a dewy finish (which i liked). This product with primer only last around 4 to 5 hours. Packaging is a bit boring. For the price i differently worth it. Overall i would recommend this BB Cream.
Tips: Best applied with sponge or flat to brush. I feel with a flat to brush you get a dewy finish and can also build up coverage. With the sponge gives a more natural finish.
I am always very cautious with foundation due to my sensitive skin so don't often try anything new. Love the packaging, it reminded me of something fresh and summery. I would prefer it was in a pump bottle, however that is minor. When I first tried it I squeezed out to much so looked a little bit overdone, the texture is a light cream feel and it was more me not being used to a tube that caused my mishap,but on the second day I used a little and used a foundation brush. I love it. It gives good coverage without feeling like you have foundation on. I got medium and it blended perfectly, and easily without tide marks. I have not reacted to it at all, which is unusual for me! It is not really scented which appeals to me. I will be continuing to use this product for my daytime foundation and strongly recommend it for those of us with truely sensitive skin.

I was nervous of using tinted moisturiser as I thought it looked quite dark and would not match my skin. But, it rubbed in well and did seem to hide some blemishes. The product doesn't really smell and the packaging is nothing exciting but I like that it is in a tube as you waste less than a pump bottle. I have dry sensitive skin and found it kept my face feeling well moisturised all day. As this trial was done in June I can't comment on the spf effectiveness other than to say it is an added bonus.
Tips: Rub it in thoroughly and apply in front of a mirror as I did notice one slight streak that I had missed, no big deal though and easily sorted,
This does everything it promises, evens skin tone, stays on and best of all for someone like me with sensitive skin I didn't end up with little bumps all over my face from it. I tried it for 5 days in a row, just in case. With other foundations/tinted moisturisers my skin has flared up after 2 hours, but with this nothing! It's a thick, creamy texture and while I didn't like the smell it only lasted a few minutes. Also I was surprised by how little I needed as a little goes a long way, this is going to last for ages and so definitely value for money. I'll definitely be buying this again.

The packaging of the product is a plastic tube,which is hygienic and helps to squeeze out the required amount of product. The cream is lightly scented,which I found to be quite citrusy and awakening. The cream is light brownish in colour, and spreads evenly on the skin.It gives a very light coverage, and makes the scars on the face not so obvious.It is a great product if you have flawless skin and want a dewy finish or a fresh no make-up look I enjoy using this product because I am not a fan of foundation as I find them too heavy, and breakdown after few hours. Whereas this product is very easy to apply and won't look me wonky after a few hours. Although I use several layers of skin care before applying Garnier BB Cream, the finished look is still nice and fresh, and not all caked up. This is a must have.
As someone with very dry and sensitive skin BB creams have been a savior for me. Most days I'll wear my regular BB cream on it's own or I'll use it underneath foundation to add dewiness and give extra coverage.
This Garnier BB cream has a nice thick, creamy consistency which was very moisturising and non-reactive once on the skin. Also, for a fragrance free product it did still smell really nice and fresh. The coverage was quite light - it evened out my skin-tone but did not cover any of my spots/dark circles. After a bit of trial and error I eventually worked to get the the best finish use a buffing brush to make sure that the coverage is even all over. If you can get it on right, it will leave you with really beautiful glowing skin. Another bonus is that the packaging has lots of useful information on it and the actual container is really easy to get product out of so you can get every last drop.
My biggest problem with this product is the longevity and the colour. While I understand this isn't designed to be a long wearing product I really wished that it would have lasted more than 3 or 4 hours on it's own. Even under foundation it doesn't noticeably improve the longevity. There also isn't a big enough range to be suitable for a lot of people. I chose the medium shade and I found it way too orange to look natural, especially since it oxidized really badly on my skin after about 10 minutes. As someone with a more warm, light olive skin tone this shade did not work on me at all. I'd recommend the medium shade for people with a more neutral/cool skin tone and are quite tanned.
Unfortunately these problems lead me to not want to use to product on it's own at all. For the first 10 minutes it really does look nice, but I'm saving this BB cream to use as a base under my foundations instead. This didn't live up to all it's claims either - it didn't really reduce redness or correct my blemishes but it did hydrate, illuminate and give good UV protection. If this was a better colour and was longer-wearing then I really would have loved it.
Overall, this is a good product for people with fairly blemish-free skin and more neutral/cool skin tone, just make sure you buff in well and check that it hasn't oxidised after it's set. Really good for people with dry skin too, I will continue to use this as a base just for the added coverage and dewiness it gives. Personally though, I will not be re-purchasing nor would I pay the $17 for it.
Tips: Use this BB cream underneath foundation to add dewiness and give extra coverage. Also make sure you use a buffing brush to make sure the product is spread out evenly and doesn't look patchy.
