I liken this product to PVA glue. Remember when you were a kid, and the PVA came out in class if you got it on your hands it would dry clear and then you could peel it off like skin? That's exactly what this stuff does. It even has the same smell!. The first time I used it I don't think the base coat was dry enough before I applied polish over the top. In the morning I noticed an edge was lifting so naturally I picked at it. The base coat and polish came off in one go, which was great - it did what it said it would do - no nail polish remover required! - but I still had to reapply the polish. The next time I tried, I left it for about an hour before applying polish on top and I got a couple of days out of it before needing to peel off and reapply.

it sort of worked
Tips: Make sure your nails are clean and dry before application. Make sure the base is completely dry (not just touch dry) before applying nail polish on top. I've found it works best with glitter polishes.

I hate this peel off base coat. Technically I suppose it did peel off, but you may as well use pva glue because there isn’t much difference. Please save yourself the time and effort and buy the ünt peel off base coat or the holo taco one.
Tips: Water based peel off base coats are much much better.
