Not Great!!

There wasn't enough polish in the little bottles and the breakup/ shatter wasn't very defined. I would not use this product again.

Revlon Nail Art Break-Up

I purchased mine a few months back, tried it once and didn't like the chalkyness of step 2. I haven't really tried to apply it again and have since gone off of the colour. Also found the base coat to have no staying power and wore off very quickly. It did dry fast though.

Tips: Choose you colour mix carefully and apply 2x layers of clear to seal

Revlon Nail Art Break-Up

So much fun. Simple & easy! I have this in Love Hurts. I really like the "Love" colour, it is a beautiful bold lime green. and the "hurts" being the silvery glitter looks great over top. I have had this product for 8 Months and still works as it did on day one. I personally enjoy the packaging as it makes them fit better when stored. They quite dry fast so it doesn't take long to get your mani done if you are strapped for time. Use base coat as green (as with most green nail polish) can leave a yellow stain behind.

Tips: Use Base coat. Apply step 1 let dry then follow with ONE coat of step 2 as that is the best way to get a perfect "shatter" then follow with top coat when dry to prolong wear.

Not being able to stand the product up would be very frustrating, specifically with nail polish. This alone has stopped me from purchasing this product - and the mention of it drying out very fast. Thanks for your review :)

revlon nail art crackle effect

found this product really easy to use, great size for making sure you can get to all of the nail polish, smooth and easy application, no clumping at all, wasnt that fussed with the price, particularly as i only got it cause it was my neices favourite colors :) but was soo good even she was able to apply it

Tips: kept it in a dark bag and shook it often to prevent drying out or clumping. always shake before use.

Crackle ...Literally

Liked the crackle effect, any who the price isnt that great ,plus I used it once and left it for 2 days (not in the sun) and it dryed up! Wast of money. Did this happen to anyone else?

Tips: Make sure your lid is screwed on properly and its hard to balence in the bottle so somewhere flat is handy <3

The lid on my crackle wan't closed properly and it dried up within a couple days, so annoying. Then thought about what chemicals must be in it for it to dry up so quickly so will not be putting that on my nails again.

The crackle effect works well on these but the bottle is very hard to stand up and i was all ways worrying that it would fall over! For $40 you dont get much product ~ not great value ~ but the product does have a nice effect on the nails ~ wouldn't buy again

Tips: put the bottle in something to stop it falling over!!

Very affordable crackle

The price is what attracted me to this product which is much more affordable then an o.p.i but comes with a shatter as well as a normal color polish which is like two for the price of one and is very practical. The brush on the shatter is also really good making it easy to apply whereas Ive had problems with the o.p.i brush that can get a bit messy with my unsteady hand. well worth the money highly recommend if your a fan of the shatter trend

Revlon Nail Art Break-Up

Everyone is probably going to hate me for saying this... Revlon crackle is 100% better than OPI!!! ... That being said the black crackle is alittle thicker consistancy than what I love. Apart from that all the other colours come out amazing!!! Not sure about some of the colour combos but using with other colours and having a play is what it's all about right?!

Tips: Pop yah base coat on . . . One or two coats of colour (depends what you want it to look like or if you are picky aha) Then a thick(ish) coat of crackle. Not too thin or you won't get the desired effect. I find with this nail enamel don't need to use a top coat. It stays on very well. Up to you tho, if you wish you can =] XoXo.

Great combinations!

I love new and exciting colour combinations for my nail but i'm often not very creative. these give you new ideas and are super simple to use! I would totally recommend them for anyone getting into the new nail trends
