Unfortunately the claim of 50 seconds to dry wasn't true. I purchased the most amazing amethyst colour in this range, whipped it on super fast on way out but before I even got into the cab I had it smudged. The application was great, not faults there, the brush is nice and slimlined making for straight edges and even coverage, and the formula is nice and fluid with good pigmentation.

Maybelline Express Finish Nail Polish
***THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED BY THE BRAND***
Quick-dry nail color – Wet to Set in 50 Seconds. Advanced Wear® anti-chip color gives tips a fresh, vivid look and lasts for days. Exclusive Control-Flow™ brush dispenses the exact amount of color for a smooth, even application that resists chipping and peeling.
First apply a clear base coat to prevent your nails from yellowing and to help your nail color last longer. With one sweep, paint the first line of nail polish up the center of your nail starting from the base to the tip. For the cleanest look, be sure to leave a small space at the base of the nail. Then apply color to the rest of the nail.

I have a few of these polishes and they don't dry in 50 seconds, but do dry in a reasonable time. Why do brands insist on making these crazy claims they can't fulfill...? A good standard nail polish nothing amazing but not awful either. I find the last a little while but not as long as other polish brands, have never had the polish last chip free all week. They apply smoothly but the two shades I have are sheerer than I would like but that's variable among the shades.
I have this in deep red. The pigmentation was ok and the texture was quite good (not streaky) but it did take a little while to dry although not as long as other polishes.
It is an ok nail polish, I wouldn't pay $12.99 for it again - I think the Kleancolor polishes are better quality (and for a cheaper price).
I wouldn't repurchase just because there was nothing exceptional about it.
In my experience the shades in this range are a bit hit and miss - my faves are Mocha Motion and natural beauty the deeper tones I find more prone to peeling and chipping than the neutrals. Nice opaque coverage, quick drying and a large range of shades to choose from. Not the best wear but great for when you are in a hurry!
I have had two colours in this range. One provided really good coverage while the other needed a few coats for decent coverage.
Not too sure about the whole "dry in 50 sec" claim. Seemed a bit longer for me for it to properly dry and to not smudge.
Not the greatest nail polish, but not the worst. I personally wouldn't bother buying it again as I think for the price there are a lot of other nail polishes to look at.
I always seem to do my nails right before bedtime and then I wake up with textured nails (cringe). I love that these polishes have a quick drying time - Who has the time to wait around for nails to dry?? Although the drying time I've found is over a minute long, they still dry faster than your average polish. A winner in my books! I have about a dozen of these beauties - Pity about the colour range.
I have a couple of these polishes and i found they dried in about a minute, which was impressive, colour wasn't too bad either, didnt need 3 coats like a lot of other polishes. Hoping to try some more colours soon and see what they are like.
I have a few Maybelline Express Polishes but only ONE of them actually dries in 50 seconds for the first coat, then it needs about 3 coats to look good. The formula isn't great for most of them, very streaky. I like the colours I have (favourites are Aqua Electric, Berry Blast and Orchids Oh My!) but they're not as exciting as others I own, for the lower price tag though they are good if you don't want to splash out. I just don't think the claim of drying quickly is right though.
I have a purple shade and a clear top coat and they do dry reasonably quick. I usually do 2 coats of the colour one so the second coat does take longer to dry then the 50 seconds. I've had the colour one for probably at least 5 years and it still is runny and looks good on, so these last pretty well! The clear top coat gives a nice finish but it does take longer then 50 seconds to dry probably because of what is underneath, I've never just worn clear by itself. I do get chips quite quickly with this though, it seems to last a lot better on my toes. Pretty much till it grows out rather then wears off.
This is a great nail polish! I have used the colour Timeless Pink, a gorgeous shimmery peachy pink. I'm not too sure about the 50 seconds claim, but this polish does dry quite fast and lasts really well.
Tips: If your nail polish formula ever starts getting old, thick and clumpy, my tip is to add a few drops of nail polish remover to the bottle. Shake it up, and voila! Brand new nail polish again.
