NYX Professional Makeup Butter Glosses Review

I have this in Creme Brulee which is a beautiful natural-looking pinky-brown and I love it.

It's a beautiful lipgloss with medium pigmentation. It is sooo creamy and non-sticky! Smells amazing, great packaging, good wear for a lipgloss. Would definitely love to get some more shades.

I bought this recently from the nyxcosmetics.com using my Youshop account to get it to NZ. It cost USD $5, which I think is quite reasonable. I bought the colour Vanilla Cream Pie which is a lovely pink which is an everyday shade but a brighter pink. They have a wide range of colours available.

The packaging is the same as a usual gloss. Just a round tube. I like though that the bottom half of the tube is actually clear so the colour that you are seeing is actually the colour of the product. Great when you have a FEW different lip products and you want to know quickly and easily what colour the product is (looking at the main offender MAC lipsticks). It has a doe foot applicator which is pretty standard but does apply the product quite well.

The product itself I love the smell of. It reminds me of Vanilla Cupcake, but it isn't overpowering after you apply it at all. When applying it feels like putting on a thick highly pigmented lip gloss. It feels somewhat sticky when applied but not more than any usual gloss. The lasting power isn't amazing. It stays through having a drink but not really through eating at all. But the hydration of it stays on for longer which is nice.

I really do enjoy these glosses and will order another (couple) the next time I do a NYX order.

I have this lip gloss in Creme Brulee and it is perfection. Not shimmery, just glossy and pretty and buttery. It's a beautiful nude shade with not too much pink, and it's opaque enough that you get the colour pay off, but sheer enough that you can still see the lipstick colour underneath if that's what you're going for. I use this over my nude lippies that are a bit dry and it lasts a long time. I have almost run out of my one and I will repurchase and probably try some more colours out. Plus, they're only $5 each. Bargain!!

I have a few diffrent colours in this as I love them, I love nyx but these would have to be my favorite item from them. Goes on smooth and very light and drys to matte. Lasts hours and doesnt dry my lips out like a lot of these products do. Amazing pigment and a huge range of colours, I paid $10 and will keep an eye out for more shades that suit me. Love the design, very cute and durable

These do really smell like delicious treats. I have the colors raspberry tart, and tiramisu. A purple and nude. These lipglosses are so pigmented, I love how I can apply this and not have it go completely off when having a drink

As someone who isn't a fan of lip gloss, I was super hesitant to try these when a friend gifted them to me for Xmas. My expectation was that I wouldn't like them, despite my friend's insisting I would. She was right ;)

I received 3 of these as part of NYX's Pure Decadence set. The shades in this are; Red Velvet - a deep red Tiramisu - a pinky nude Devil's Food Cake - a dark purple.

The packaging for these is beautiful as well as functional. Each tube is clear so you can not only see the colour of the gloss, but how much product is inside. They have a doe foot applicator which is easy to use and the glosses smell like cupcakes.

Each of the three glosses has medium pigmentation - they aren't 100% opaque but they definitely add colour to your lips. All of them are extremely comfortable to wear and don't feel sticky, heavy or gluey. They have a lovely shine to them which makes your lips look super luscious.

As these are glosses, the wear time of them isn't that great (maybe 2 hours on me), but this is something I will overlook because they are no fuss and easy to apply without a mirror.

Overall I was really suprised I like these and I would absolutely recommed giving them a go.

I have the colour vanilla cream pie - its a light to medium coral pink! I love this colour, the gloss goes on creamy and not sticky at all! It has good staying power and I would recommend to everyone to try this lipgloss! I cant wait to purchase some more colours

So I was totally intelligent and fell in love with these a week or so before the start of April, which is Red My Lips month, and did not buy a red shade. Derp. So I wish I could wear these all month long but until I buy a red shade, no such luck.

The shades I DO have are Cupcake and Angel Food Cake. Cupcake is a gorgeous bright pink that can be built up or sheered out for that perfect, glossy, natural pink look. Angel Food Cake is on the purple-y mauve side and I adore it.

The formulation of these lipglosses is sticky enough to not feel like it's going to slide all over your face, but not so sticky that it feels uncomfortable on the lips. I've never actually found a formulation like this before and I must say I love it. It's almost gel-like. The pigmentation is incredible, more than a regular gloss but less than a lipstick. They just feel so comfortable and look beautiful on the lips and I want ALL of the shades.

I recently went nuts in a NYX haul when I was in the States and bought a few Butter Glosses and pigments.

I bought the colour Creme Brulee as I've seen NikkieTutorials use this particular colour a lot and it always looks great on her.

On me, for someone with a light-medium skin tone this is the PERFECT nude. Almost like the dreaded 'concealer lips' but it's actually nice looking! It's got a peachy tone to it which works perfect for me.

The consistency is thick, pigmented and a little on the sticky side. It's got a gloss finish (obviously) and stays for a decent amount of time.

And the smell! Oh my goodness - literally smells like creme brulee!!

This is a really good lip gloss with so much pigment and has a very nice finish. It is a more nudey brown-pink colour and looks nice on darker skin tones. I love using a nude liner and then applying this. When i first applied this and rubbed my lips together it sort of looked sticky and not so smooth, I then waited a little while and the lip gloss seemed to have set and looked absolutly smooth. This lip gloss can give anyone smooth lips and make them look plumper I had found and they come in so many different shades. Creme Brulee is definitly one of my favorites as it fits my skin tone so nicely. Another plus side is the smell of these, you just wanna eat them up!
