I didn't like this product at all when I wear this, it has a very sticky feel to it. Mostly shine and not a a lot of color. I don't like how it does nothing for my lips

This stuff is wonderful. I have the colour "Maple Blondie" and it's the perfect nude-toned peachy-pink that looks good all the time. I use it with or without lipliner, depending on how "done" I want to look. Bourjois "Coton Candy" is a lovely pale pink liner with it if you want to play up the pink in the lipgloss. I also like the smell and the fact that it doesn't leak - I've been carrying it around in my bag for about six months!
In the last Beauty Vault, I was so lucky to receive two Butter Glosses (the other being Maple Blondie, a pink that I'm not sure is really my shade).
I love red, but as I've said many a time on here, I find it can be messy to wear. This is probably the only red I own that stays on my lips, not all over my face! The colour doesn't bleed. I like a very vibrant colour, so I like to build up layers of mine.
The smell is so sweet and lovely too, and the wand gives a perfect application.
Tips: Layer, layer, layer! You can gradually build up the opacity of the gloss, or wear over lipstick. Such a low-maintenance, easy to wear look.
I was gifted one from another Beauty Review member (so thankful) in the colour Ginger Snap. I was so excited because I missed out on these in the last two vaults.
They come in a 8ml tube and will cost around $8.00. There is a good range of colours so you will definitely find one to suit you.
The first thing that struck me was the way it smelt. It reminded me of fresh cooked cookies. Yummo.
This is a lovely gloss to apply, it goes onto your lips smoothly. You can build the colour up if you want a deeper colour, or just one swipe for a light cover. I did not find it to be sticky and for a gloss, it lasted a good length of time.
I will be looking to purchase this lip gloss in more colours. It is a fun product to use.
Really? These are $8.00?? Wow, Queen St Farmers are really ripping people off!! I bought one from there a few months ago for around $11. Anyway, I bought the shade Tiramisu after swatching a few - this shade was exactly what I was after - a soft nude shade with a hint of pink/brown that looked natural.
It is quite a small tube when you take away the cap. The applicator is easy to apply the gloss and it feels really soft on my lips. The texture of the gloss is really nice, it's the right consistency for me..not too thick but not too thin where you wonder if theres any point to wearing it.
The product smells really nice!! My only negative with this product is the bottle is too small in terms of it doesnt last long at all.
I own four of these shades including... Madeleine = A mid-tone nude. Cherry Pie = A true, bright red. Red Velvet = A slightly darker red. Devil's Food Cake = A deep plum.
I love how the packaging of these shows the colour all over the outside, so it is super easy to find which shade you're after. The smell is good enough to eat. I seriously just sit there smelling them for a couple of seconds before I apply them! They smell like vanilla or cake.
The soft doe foot applicator makes it really easy to apply these products. You can apply a little bit to get a sheer tint on your lips, or you can apply a lot to get a good amount of colour. If I want a lot of pigment then I use a lipstick or lip liner before I put the gloss on top.
These give a super glossy finish but they are not sticky at all! They just feel smooth and buttery on my lips. As the day goes on they do fade, but it doesn't take long to touch them up again. These are definitely the best lip glosses that I have ever tried, and I will be buying more if a NYX stand comes to my home town.
These Nyx butter glosses have been on my wishlist for a while and after looking at swatches online I decided to try cream brulee and Tiramisu. Cream brulee is a beautiful nude shade with a hint of pink while Tiramisu is also a nude shade with a hint of brown in it. I love how they are named after desserts but also smell like them too.
Each butter gloss is 8mls in size and comes in a rather funky coloured plastic tube which matches their shade. The applicator tip is made of sponge which I find great for applying the gloss. The formula is surprisingly non-sticky and very buttery. They really melt onto your lips and I find them super moistursing.
They can look quite sheer on but are easy to layer up to give a medium coverage. I find them so versatile and are prefect for everyday wear. I sometime wear them over a lipstick to give my lips extra shine.
I am prone to really dry, cracked lips and I love how they keep my lips well hydrated with a bit of colour and shine. I typically need to reapply every few hours as they do wear off quickly with food and drink.
I really can’t believe it took me this long to discover these amazing lip glosses, such great value with a huge range of shades.
I own 2 of these glosses, Strawberry parfait and Eclair and I really love them! Eclair is a creamy light pink colour which I wear the most and Strawberry parfait is a brighter pink and a bit darker than Eclair. They both glide on smooth and are easy to apply with a good size applicator. The texture is smooth and not sticky which I really liked, feels really nice to wear it. The best part is the smell, I think it's vanilla, it's so yummy!!
I love my two Butter glosses, my favorite is definitely Creme Brulee which is a lovely neutral pinky shade. So easy to apply and smell so yummy. Love that they are packaged in the same shade as the product making them so much easier to find in my handbag. They don't last all day, probably only a few hours really if you're not eating or drinking, but easily touched up.
Tips: Definitely use over lip liner or lipstick to achieve a deeper colour
These glosses are my favourite. These are the only lip glosses I live because their not very sticky and their very pigmented so can we worn by itself. It also look nice on top of lipstick as well but I tend to wear it on its own. The only down side is that the lip gloss doesn't last too long so has to be reapplied after a few minutes but that doesn't bother me. There are so many colours in this collection and I love them a lot. I have 8 butter glosses in my collection
