I bought this a long time ago when it was on special. I liked the idea of a moisturizing balm with a hint of color. I have this in my purse since it's easy and fail proof to apply, and sometimes I apply it over my existing lippy to give it a hint of shine. It doesn't have a lot of color to it as it's really sheer, frosty pink and if you want the color to stand out a bit you have apply several layers on. It does fade and it's not as moisturizing as lipbalm but it is more hydrating than lipstick and isn't sticky like lipgloss. I'll often color in my lips with a nude lipliner and then apply this over it to do a sort of nude lip. I wouldn't buy it again because I've found some tinted lip balms I like better. Overall it's good inexpensive product for a lippy junkie or good starter lip product for a preteen just starting out in the world of lippies or even for a child's collection.

Tips: I have a nude lip liner I color my lips in with and then layer this on top for a gorgeous slightly shimmery nude lip. I also find wearing lip liner underneath helps the color last long and brings out the shimmer a bit more.
I picked this up at my local supermarket on special for $6.99. It had a nice silky feel on my lips and kept them nicely moisturized and hydrated, but needs to be reapplied often. However the pearl shine particles washed out the colour of my lips and made them look strange. It is not my cup of tea when it comes to colour. It is more suited to young teens, or pre-pubescents, rather than for a grown up look.
Works well and repaired my dry lips pretty well, but the colour washed me out a lot. Not really my cup of tea and it was a bit of a weird colour, but worked how it should. I paid $3.99 at the super market. Packaging and product is really cute though and holds a good amount of product.
This used to be my go to lip balm a while a go. I would wear it if I had sore lips or if I wanted to add a bit of color. It wasn't the best at repairing my lips but it did look good. Its really affordable and lasts for quite a long time. To me its got quite a chemically taste to it if you accidentally get some on your teeth. I personally think that there are better lip balms out there
I like the subtle colour/pearly shine, and I do find the Nivea chapsticks to be of more use than, say, Baby Lips. When my lips are really in trouble I won’t reach for this product, though. It’s sort of great for a bit of gloss and shine, but won’t soothe proper chapped lips.
I really like these Nivea lip balms - they make my lips super soft and smooth.
They are easy to use, apply nicely and come in a handy tube that closes securely. I have had many balms that open in my bag and get all manky.
The only reason I wont buy this particular one again is that I really am not keen on the pearl finish. I kinda feel like I am wearing an 80's frosted lippy. Other than that I would recommend it!
Tips: If you don't like a frosted pearly finish then go for a different version of this balm.
Pearl and shine! Is exactly what the packaging reflects beautifully. In fact, the colour of the lip balm all white and sparkly represents a shinny pearl perfectly. Although, the lap balm is pleasing to the eye I found the product was disappointing to a few of my other senses. Case in point, it has a waxy texture when applying (I prefer it to be smoother) and I used a lot as it doesn't wear for long. Additionally, the scent was either bland or didn't have one because it is not rememberable at all. Lastly, the look of the lip balm on me didn't really didn't suit me and my darkish complexion. Therefore, I do not like this product for the reasons that; it didn't suit me, it was all gone within 2 weeks, and i had to apply continuously as it didn't last really long or provide full overage.. However, if I had to recommend this to someone I'd say this lip balm would be suit to a person who is looking for a great lip moisturiser and has smaller lips.
this is a too hyped up I think. to me I found this lip balm to be very average and since then I have found other lip balms which are much better. also got strings in the corner of my mouth
I bought this lip balm, used it for a couple of times and gave up on it. I did not like the smell the feeling of it on my lips. It does not moisturise my lips well as I expected. Worst lip balm I have ever tried
Love the shimmer it puts on but it's not really much of a lipbalm. It didn't moisturise my lips at all so I just ended up using this as a base under lipgloss for extra shine. The smell is great. and the packaging is super cute.
