MAC Lipstick Review

Comes in so many shades and finishes, and always amazing to wear. Will always choose this over any other brand!

I LOVE this colour, I need a blue based red due to my colouring and wanted a really BOLD and punchy colour to have for a go-to red. This does it! I have been told this is Gwen Stefani's go to red and as she is one of my favourite celebrities I was more than pleased to learn this bit of info! The formula is very vibrant and stays on forever (i have issues getting it off it's so good) but it is very drying so be sure to be kind to your lips with balm before and after wearing RR. Its packaging is smooth and sleek, like all MAC lippies and a little goes a long way so this puppie will last you a long time. I find the colour pay off is extremely good, and i rarely need a liner as the colour stays put so well. I have not found it to bleed or smudge however you do have to be careful as it will go on your teeth if you don't blot. It feels quite dry and chalky on your lips and is very matte however It does not look too dry when on. It is a bit different to any other red i have come across and as my bestie is a Ruby Woo addict, it was nice to have my own shade.

I bought this lipstick one year ago and I still have loads of product left in it. It lasts a few hours. It's a bit drying but once you put a lip gloss over the top. It fully works :)

oh my gosh, I can't rave enough about these lipsticks. they go on silky smooth, the colour is amazing (whether a major pop of colour or a pretty soft pink). They last for ages on your lips and the colour is solid so you don't have to apply too much. I just love it!

I love a new Mac lippy, i have a large collection and seem to always get similar nude colours. Velvet teddy being my new fave. The satin range is great on the lip and has a soft texture, is still nice when re applied, dosent go clumpy!!
