This was a great lipstick/balm I found the formula really creamy and moisturising. The colours are super buildable to a highly pigmented colour. However the colour I own is a wee bit out of my comfort zone.

The red tones were not so pigmented they made my lips look like i just applied oil over them. However there berry tones and pinks were fantastic very pigmented they evenly faded into a stain. They are kind of drying.
After trying Rimmels Crayon I decided to give these balms a try. I picked one up from an outlet sale at an affordable price. Revlons easy to find in most stores throughout New Zealand.
This lip stain is reminiscent of a large crayon . It's packaging is bright eye catching. Has the Revlon labelling. I got to do a few swatches and what I noticed from these swatches is that some colours are more pigmented than others. The colour I chose was Lovesick. This colour is a deep vibrant shade of pink with red tones in it. The consistency is like a balm with a tinted colour.
When I applied it to my lips it went on smoothly. Felt hydrating. This colour I chose was bright on my lips. Without eating it lasts me up to two hours wear time. If I eat or drink it does transfer easily.
I wouldn't pay almost thirty dollars for this balm. I think it's priced far too high. I would rather look for it in a clearance store. One balm lasted me up to twelve months. Would I buy it again probably not now because I'm into liquid matte lipsticks. But overall I think it would be great for someone who's starting out with make up.
This product did not work for my lips. I have quite pigmented lips so the stain for some strange reason just didn't want to stain my lips :( It has seemed to work for everyone else though. It is very affordable for what it is. Really compact and handy as a once a day application kind of product. I would not recommend getting it though if you do have pigmented lips :)
These are a nice idea but the colour payoff and staying power is not worth it. Other brands (like Clinique's original Chubby Sticks) do this lip crayon thing much better. They're not drying on my lips per se, but do show up any dry skin in patches so they don't help much either. There is a good colour selection but I haven't found any that will stay on my lips longer than a couple of hours. And if you eat anything then you're dreaming if you think there'll even be a hint of colour left on your lips afterwards!
when you use its for the first few times then yes it sure does have that kissable affect, but after a few times you have used it, in my opinion i found it that the kisable lip stain turned into any normal lip balm, and was not long lasting or left a stain as it claimed.
i would use it as a lip balm, for when i need a natural look since for me it didnt work as a lipstick that i would perfer.
I purchased this a while ago, it's just OK in my books. I bought a light pink colour (can't remember the exact shade off the top of my head!!) It's really nice to start with but it fades to a weird peachy colour that stains your lips. Perhaps I need to try another colour? hmmm. Do like the plumping affect though!
Tips: make sure your lips arn't dry of flaky before applying - it sticks!
I find the colour payoff SUPER patchy and it dries my lips out :( Unfortunately these aren't super moisturising as I had thought they would be.
The colour does stay on for a long time and I like to use this under lipstick to make my lippie last longer (especially when wearing red).
If you wear a balm under these then they apply a little better andare more comfortable to wear throughout the day - although you do need to reapply every few hours.
I think the price is a little high when you can get the same thing from other brands that are more affordable and comfortable to wear (i.e. the MUA versions of these).
They're super pigmented and depending on what im doing they can last quite a while. But I just dont like the formula that much maybe its not for me. I prefer a lip stain in gloss or lipstick form. Also I found that none of the colours were really flattering on me.
The product is ok, it feels good on my lips. I bought the shade Smitten, it looks good when applied, but after an hour or so it oxidises to a horrible hot pink shade which looks so ugly on me. I think I chose the wrong colour, but I still want to try out some other shades.
