NYX Professional Makeup Butter Glosses Review

I have these glosses in the shades "cupcake" and "apple strudel". They are similar in colour, and they are my favourite glosses! The NYX butter gloss come in a cute slim tube with a doe foot applicator, and for the price they are great quality as they are a bit bigger than a lot of other glosses I have tried. The best thing about these glosses is that they are super creamy, glide on your lips smoothly AND they are not sticky! The lighter shades of these glosses need more than one coat as they are quite opaque. They still give my lips lots of shine and I forget I am wearing them as the gloss is so light. I love using these shades for natural makeup or no makeup days, and they look great over nude or pink lipstick. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a gloss that isn't sticky. They are very affordable and come in a large range of colours.

I buy mine off beautyjoint because they're a lot cheaper than anywhere else I've seen and they have the whole range of colours. I normally hate lipgloss with a passion but these give me life. They have the most gorgeous colours and they are so pigmented that it's the only product you need on your lips. They are so creamy and not sticky at all. The packaging is so cute and they look adorable in your makeup collection. The colour of the packaging is the colour of the product so you don't have to look up the name of it to see the colour. They smell divine and taste really good. I honestly need to buy more of these

I hated lipglosses for so long, until these came along. They have such a nice texture and sit so nicely on the lips. The colour pay off as a gloss is really good as well, and I love the range of colour you can have. They look great both alone and on top of lipstick. The smell is amazing as well! I buy mine off BeautyJoint as I find it turns out to be a lot cheaper from there as opposed to anywhere else.

I love these glosses! On a daily bases I reach for these they are full of pigment and come in a great range or colours. They aren't sticky and they smell delicious. I use them on there own or I do tend to mix them with a lip sticks to have a richer effect.

I have this in Creme Brulee which is a beautiful natural-looking pinky-brown and I love it.

It's a beautiful lipgloss with medium pigmentation. It is sooo creamy and non-sticky! Smells amazing, great packaging, good wear for a lipgloss. Would definitely love to get some more shades.

I bought this recently from the nyxcosmetics.com using my Youshop account to get it to NZ. It cost USD $5, which I think is quite reasonable. I bought the colour Vanilla Cream Pie which is a lovely pink which is an everyday shade but a brighter pink. They have a wide range of colours available.

The packaging is the same as a usual gloss. Just a round tube. I like though that the bottom half of the tube is actually clear so the colour that you are seeing is actually the colour of the product. Great when you have a FEW different lip products and you want to know quickly and easily what colour the product is (looking at the main offender MAC lipsticks). It has a doe foot applicator which is pretty standard but does apply the product quite well.

The product itself I love the smell of. It reminds me of Vanilla Cupcake, but it isn't overpowering after you apply it at all. When applying it feels like putting on a thick highly pigmented lip gloss. It feels somewhat sticky when applied but not more than any usual gloss. The lasting power isn't amazing. It stays through having a drink but not really through eating at all. But the hydration of it stays on for longer which is nice.

I really do enjoy these glosses and will order another (couple) the next time I do a NYX order.

I have this lip gloss in Creme Brulee and it is perfection. Not shimmery, just glossy and pretty and buttery. It's a beautiful nude shade with not too much pink, and it's opaque enough that you get the colour pay off, but sheer enough that you can still see the lipstick colour underneath if that's what you're going for. I use this over my nude lippies that are a bit dry and it lasts a long time. I have almost run out of my one and I will repurchase and probably try some more colours out. Plus, they're only $5 each. Bargain!!

I have a few diffrent colours in this as I love them, I love nyx but these would have to be my favorite item from them. Goes on smooth and very light and drys to matte. Lasts hours and doesnt dry my lips out like a lot of these products do. Amazing pigment and a huge range of colours, I paid $10 and will keep an eye out for more shades that suit me. Love the design, very cute and durable

These do really smell like delicious treats. I have the colors raspberry tart, and tiramisu. A purple and nude. These lipglosses are so pigmented, I love how I can apply this and not have it go completely off when having a drink

As someone who isn't a fan of lip gloss, I was super hesitant to try these when a friend gifted them to me for Xmas. My expectation was that I wouldn't like them, despite my friend's insisting I would. She was right ;)

I received 3 of these as part of NYX's Pure Decadence set. The shades in this are; Red Velvet - a deep red Tiramisu - a pinky nude Devil's Food Cake - a dark purple.

The packaging for these is beautiful as well as functional. Each tube is clear so you can not only see the colour of the gloss, but how much product is inside. They have a doe foot applicator which is easy to use and the glosses smell like cupcakes.

Each of the three glosses has medium pigmentation - they aren't 100% opaque but they definitely add colour to your lips. All of them are extremely comfortable to wear and don't feel sticky, heavy or gluey. They have a lovely shine to them which makes your lips look super luscious.

As these are glosses, the wear time of them isn't that great (maybe 2 hours on me), but this is something I will overlook because they are no fuss and easy to apply without a mirror.

Overall I was really suprised I like these and I would absolutely recommed giving them a go.
