I have this in the shade button, which I got as part of a gift pack. It's a gorgeous peachy nude shade perfect for everyday where.
I love how the packaging is like a pen and the small tip allows for really controlled application. It glides on smoothly and is well pigmented. I find its lasting power to be average but not incredible. There is definitely some transferring going on when I drink.
There's a lot of hype about how cheap these are and how they're super worth the money but I had a google and to me it's not that cheap. The actual amount of product you get is only 1g, considering a normal lip balm is about 3-4 grams. Although mine is only halfway through and I've used it quite a couple times, I can imagine it running out very quickly if you use it regularly.
From their pretty packaging to the variety of shades available all with their cute names, Colourpop are killing the lipstick race, having purchased a number of them when they first appeared on my radar around 18 months of more ago to my recent orders I have never had a bad lippie stix
Designed to be small enough to carry with you anywhere, you can even slip this pen shaped lipstick into your pocket without even noticing it is there. Colour formula is perfect, with all formats having an easy to apply creamy texture that dries to whatever setting, from creme, satin, to glossy and matte all of them are great. Pigmentation is also on point with a swipe around once giving you full opaqueness, even with the sheer shades you don't need to build them up, but if you want to they won't resist.
Lasting a few hours depending on the finish, with the mattes lasting almost all day with only minimal top ups required, satins keep your lips hydrated and need to reapplied a couple of times, same for the creme and glossy version. Mattes stay matte without drying, glossy stay glossy without going sticky and if blotted the colour stays on your lips but the gloss blots. Perfect!
