Whilst shopping on makeup.co.nz I found this for around $5. I have a slight obsession with lip glosses, I did have thin lips (pre candylipz) and I hated wearing bold lipsticks that drew attention to my skinny lips. So always went for more subtle colours and glosses.
This comes in a square plastic tube with a matte black lid and the sleek logo stamped on the side. I love the packaging of this it does look "sleek" the applicator wand which is attached inside the lid, is the doe-foot type which makes applying it so easy.
I brought the colour Hawaii honey which is a coral, peach colour with lots of shimmer through it, the colour isn't very pigmented and is quite sheer only adding a slight hue of the coral/peach colour to your lips.
The consistency of this is bang on. It's not sticky or gluggy and it just feels nice on your lips, something that I love wearing. Staying power isn't that great and I find I have to apply it every hour but I do talk a fair bit (hey it's what us girls are good at right?) and drinking. I don't find the shimmer to be scratchy on my lips and can't even feel it on my lips.
Not sure if I would repurchase. Maybe if the were super cheap again. but I do like a gloss with a bit more depth to the colour.
