Maybelline Volume Express Mascara - Falsies Flared

I was quite surprised to see that there are a few negative reviews for this mascara. I think you will either love it or hate it, depending on the look you're going for. I love big thick/slightly clumpy lashes. I'm more about volume than length & this definitely does the trick for that. It has quite a big brush and it just is nice to apply - not fiddly at all.

The texture of it is quite thick compared to other mascaras, and you may want to wipe a bit on the side. Probably not the best for doing your lower lashes because like I said, the brush is pretty large so it the liquid can smudge on your skin. Personally, I love it. It does what it says it will do - lots of volume! I think for the price, its worth it just to try & see if you like it. If you like your eyelashes big and thick (think Lauren Curtis) this is the stuff to get!

I love this mascara it is great, makes your eyelashes amazing, really like fake ones. You can use it for day to day or add a few extra layers and add some real impact.

This is the BEST mascara I have ever used and it would take a lot for me to be convinced to trade it for anything else. I have quite small eyes with long straight lashes and this mascara really adds volume and opens up my eyes. It's just a great, gorgeous long wearing mascara, can't recommend it enough!

This is definately my favourite mascara at the moment. With a few easy swipes it adds volume to my lashes and curls them slightly elimenating the need for lash-curlers. By adding so much volume plus extra legnth and definition it realy gives my lashes the "false lash" effect. I love it!

I was given this as a gift and likely wouldn't have bought it. I am super glad I tried it though.

I love this. The wand hugs my lashes really well, ensuring that each lash is coated with product. I find if I zig zag the wand up my lashes they are coated really well and they don't appear clumpy.

I have noticed slight fallout from it throughout the day but I think that has to do with the fact I tend to rub my eyes a bit (a habit, nothing to do with the product).

Overall I would absolutely purchase this again and I recommend it :)

It's my baby, It makes my lashes soooo long it's brilliant. I love a dramatic mascara so this does it all for me. It's super black and bold ! I'd recommend it to someone that likes a little bit of dramatic flair when it comes to mascara.

I use it everyday, There is great staying power and It doent clump up. Gives you extra long lashes which i love!

I make no secret that I am a Mascara Junkie! Im very particular and look for several things.. length, volume, rich colour and formula. I generally find Maybelline mascaras are quite a wet formula which I am not really a fan of but it is easily solved by blowing on the wand to let the formula go a lil tacky before you apply the mascara! This product is great because its easily buildable, it has good pigmented colour and the volume and length were very impressive! I find myself using this quite often so would highly recommend! I like the brush too, its quite a good shape!

I use this baby when doing a natural look or full blown night club get up (I own it in Waterproof as well). I apply one coat for instant volume or go a little crazy with multiple coats when going out on the town and want that real falsy look without actually wearing falsies!

:) After seeing all the hype I decided to give this a go! Apart from my fave mascara, mascara doesnt really excite me cause I feel like they all are the sameish (to me) like all my others clump togetherish and just meh never overly impressed!

But guess what ladies I WAS! This made my eyelash actually look false! The wand separated them really nicely and definitely added length to them! I think though if you are looking for something that gives you like full thick dramatic lashes then this probably isnt it but as a nice everyday mascara! I LOVE it!
