This palette had been on my list list for a long time (ever since its release to be honest haha). I decided to finally bite the bullet and break my no spend and purchase this as a birthday present to myself.
I have 2 other Lorac palettes (the Unzipped and mega pro),and this definitely is as good quality as those. In my experience The formulae of the shadows is consistent across the board in different Lorac palettes.
Like the first pro palette this has 8 matte and 8 shimmer shades. I love that they are organised into a row - so the mattes are in one row and the shimmers are in another row.
The colours are as follows; MATTES: Buff - a pale cream shade LT. brown - a slightly cool brown Cool Gray - a grey with a purple undertone Nectar - a gorgeous peach/pink shade Plum - a deep, vibrant plum purple shade Navy - a jewel toned blue Charcoal - a true grey Black - a black
SHIMMERS Snow - a shimmery white Beige - a slightly cool peach shimmer Rose - the perfect rose gold Mocha - a cafe coloured brown Chrome - an insane taupe grey Silver - a silver Jade - a forest green shade Cocoa - a deeper brown
All of the shades are extremely pigmented and soft. They're extremely easy to blend without looking muddy but you do need to be aware of how pigmented they are and go in with a light hand.
The only shade I was slightly disappointed with was the matte black - I wish it were a deeper black (on me it looks like a really dark grey). It's still useable and makes pretty looks but I personally love extremely black shadows. If black is a shade that you're not comfortable with then I think this black would be perfect as it isn't super, super dark.
Because the shadows are so soft and buttery, they do kick up a bit of product when you put your brush in. I personally don't mind it because the shadows are just so beautiful. Even though they are extremely soft I haven't had a problem with fall out - although I do tap my brush off before application.
This has fast become one of my favourite palettes and is worth every cent. Lorac are easily my favourite eyeshadow formula and this palette has not disappointed whatsoever. If you're on the fence about it I absolutely recommend you take the plunge and get it!
I absolutely adore Lorac eyeshadows, their matte formula is total perfection and this palette did not disappoint.
There are eight matte shades and 8 shimmer, all on the slightly cooler end of the spectrum. This is what drew me to the palette as I have a big love for cool tones, so that plus Lorac's beautiful formula = enabled. I treated myself to this palette last year as a birthday gift and it quickly became my go-to palette for almost every look.
It's incredibly versatile, you can create the softest most simple look and a more bold and dramatic look. The shade range allows you to try out a few pops of colour and easily take your look from day to night if need be, I think this would be a great palette for travelling with.

Navy – matte brightened cool tone navy blue.
Charcoal – matte medium warm toned grey.
Black – matte medium black.
Snow – shimmery bright slightly warm toned white.
Beige – shimmery yellowy peach warm toned beige.

All shades perform fantastically, though they do produce kick up in the pan because they are so soft - this personally isn't a problem for me but you may want to keep that in mind. The one exception is Navy, this was unfortunately a bit patchy and difficult to blend smoothly. I found that this works best either packed onto the lid or the lower lash line, placement where you don't need a large amount of blending/diffusion.
Tips: If you decide to purchase this and you haven't owned any Lorac shadows before, be prepared to become addicted.
