My lovely friend knows how much I adore makeup, and purple, and so hunted this out for me for my birthday.
Instant love affair. The pencil is thick but can be sharpened to a finer point, or (as it is gloriously creamy) you can transfer it to an eyeliner brush for a thinner line. Used as is you get an even, decent line of colour, that really pops.
This is a bright pastel lilac, which I like to team with pink and teal for a really summery, pretty eye look. The pigmentation is incredible, with colour popping at you from every angle.
I have dark hair and when I have a wee (fake) tan on this looks especially cool. it suits my hazel eyes perfectly - hazel loves purple after all!
The longevity is impressive - I often find that it is just as bright when I get home, after a long day. It's also great as an instant makeup lift in a hurry as it brightens your look instantly.
I'm not sure which I love more - this colour/product, or the friend who bought it for me :p
This colour is sharp yet subtle. Pigmented and not Shiney. If using as liner it would be best as just above the lash line with a simple line or winged. The crayon is thick which I find difficult to apply as eyeliner, but easy to hold during lid application. Using it on it's own is nice or you can create a smokey eye with this crayon using a blending brush. This is creamy which I find it easy to work with. The colour is a pastel purple Lilac, I like .This crayon will last me a while. Long lasting on the lid.Removal is also a breeze with just a makeup wipe, which is surprising given it's lasting, didn't use it with a primer and got the desired effect. I'm really getting into the crayons. They're no fuss easy to use and also travel friendly. No fall out and no mess. This is the reason for a happy review. I will continue on from here and purchase crayons for this very reason.
Tips: Apply to crease heavily then blend with the brush to create your look. Also for a simple look just draw along lashline
