I heard great things about these eyeliners and their staying power. I must admit, they are very pigmented and they do last on the waterline for a decent amount of time. The price is fantastic and you can easily find these at Farmers or K-mart.
However, my problem with the one I tried is that it irritates my eyes after an hour or so. My eyes stay feeling irritated the next day, even after fully removing every trace.
Tips: Don't use these if you're eyes are quite sensitive, or else avoid putting on the waterline.
I brought this in Nude because I desperately needed something other than black or white to use in my waterline for everyday. I had such high expectations of this product, it seemed everyone and their mother loved and raved about these. Oh how I was disappointed.... Yes, these are very, very creamy - perhaps TOO creamy for my liking. This breaks every time I use it, it just seems to crumble no matter how little pressure I use. The shade is great, perfect nude but I just don't find that this stays. Waterproof? I don't think so. This bleeds like crazy into the corners of my eyes, it wears off within an hour! Certainly isn't, sweat, heat, smudge or waterproof. I would not repurchase this product, it didn't live up to the hype unfortunately.
I thought the colours in this line where really original which I love, I'm always seeing the same colours in all the different brands so I loved the metallic look of these eyeliners. As long as the pecils are nice and sharp they apply perfectly and are so pigmented. Definatly nice for trying some different looks with
I found this pretty hard to apply. I had to press quite hard to get it to apply and would have to go over it a few times to get the full colour to come out. It was however smudge-proof and sweat-proof
I really love the color range on these, they apply smoothly and are great when you're trying to spice up your makeup. However, they break quite easily when applying too hard and as someone who loves sharp eyeliner you can't get very accurate shapes or lines with this product. I think this product is great for anyone who does more simple makeup looks as it's not easy to do complex makeup looks with.
I don't wear eye liner much but this one is great for using for a simple more natural look. I use this eyeliner most mornings to tight line my upper lashes and love the results. It stays on throughout the day with little smudging. Its a really nice, smooth eyeliner which makes it so easily to apply, especially to sensitive parts of the eye. The down side is that its quite hard to sharpen as the end is really soft.
I notice this shade has two listings so I figure I will place my review here as I think this one might be for all shades - I have this product in the shade Green - a wonderful mix of jade and moss green. This product has a wondeful texture - it applies like a dream super smooth but unlike most gel pencils doesn't get smushy and messy to work with it holds it shape and can handle pressure. It really lasts too, like a whole day without smudging which is brilliant. Highly recommend these pencils.
I was never much of an eyeliner girl until I used this in the shade sparkling black and wow! Stays on for ages, doesn't smudge which is good especially for night outs! Also really pigmented which is so good when it's from the drugstore!
I love that Rimmel is a British brand with some of my idols representing this Brand. I think I have at least more than one product from Rimmel.
This pencil comes in a secured packet. I like that it's not loose like other pencils you may find in store. This pencil is quite thick at the tip.
On application I found this pencil so much easier for me to use. My lines were smooth and straight. The colour pencil I have is Black. I like that you can slightly smudge it to get a smoky look.
My results from using this pencil is nice defined eyes. It's a easy pencil to use. It's not too thin. The thickness of the pencil is just right. I enjoy using this product.
I personally didn't like these as I felt the colour wore of quite quickly. May just be because I get quite oily skin. Color range was ok though. And very cheap
