Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray

I have tried a few different setting sprays and I keep coming back to this one. It sets my face so nicely and keeps my face set for hours on end. I love putting a bit on my eye shadow brush with a powder glitter eyeshadow to give it a more metallic/sparkly look.

I now understand why BR lovelies love this product. I received the 118ml for Christmas 2016 and have been using it almost every day with probably 2 weeks of product left.

I like the white and purple plastic packaging which is prone to dirty fingerprints but can easily be cleaned with a baby wipe. There’s a purple lid for the bottle and a clear lid for the nozzle however for a person like me who wants their product to be kept the way that it came, having two lids is annoying.

One of the things I LOVE about the product is the light pressure and the amount of mist that comes out – it’s the best one I’ve come across. It doesn’t douse you in liquid like its sister Urban Decay De Slick Oil Control or at the recommended distance disappears before it hits your face (i.e. Tatcha Dewy Mist). Unlike MAC Fix+, it has a very faint floral scent and doesn’t leave your skin overly tacky or wet (but I guess that depends on how much you put on – mist vs. shower).

I apply my makeup at 4.30am, spritz the product all over my face 4-5 times, and my makeup is still sitting beautifully (as beautiful as it can look with my basic makeup skills) on the skin when it’s about to come off at 4.30pm. The bronzer, blush and highlight are still very evident on the face and my foundation hasn’t faded too much if at all.

My only wish is that it did a better job of keeping the oil at bay (yes I’m currently using its sister UD De Slick Oil Control – no difference) however after 5-6 hours the oil comes through which is interesting when I'm using makeup that combats oil and normally does well without the UD All Nighter. I would still recommend this product because I’ve never seen my makeup almost completely intact after 12 hours before.

I get up at 6am and do my makeup which needs to last until atleast 5pm sometimes longer if I go out after work. I can really see the difference in my face when I use this spray! Usually after a day my powder has wiped off and I'm a shiney mess. If I use this spray it looks exactly like it did when I applied. Highly recommend

A friend recommended this and I really liked it. It's the first setting spray I've used and its definitely a game changer. Light and refreshing to put on, it gives my makeup a dewy look and helps it blend to look flawless. I don't think my make up has ever lasted 16 hours but that's ok - it's still a great product.

I absolutely LOVE Urban Decay, so same goes for this spray. I have quite an oily T-zone so I also have the oil control version of the setting spray and highly recommend that one too. I often go to long events so it's great to know that my face will still look great 12 hours in.
