St Ives Invigorating Apricot Scrub Review

I've been using this for years now, and I love it. I have real issues with blackheads on my nose and if I go for a few days without using this scrub, I definitely notice a difference! Worth it's price and easy to fine (local supermarket for me) smells nice and feels great after scrubbing with it!

My only downside is that since having my son, my skin has turned dry and very very sensitive. So I find I can now only use it on my T-zone, where is is most required and less likely to cause upset with my sensitive skin.

For those who have sensitive skin which is rather delicate, i would avoid this product due to the nature of the exfoliating scrubers being natural. Natural is great however if you closely inspect, you'll notice that they're all different sizes and cut so rough edges can irritate skin.

Love the texture of the scrub for a body scrub and has a subtle smell, more almond scent with a hint of apricot. I find it too rough to use on my face, and needs a lot of water to wash off, however using it as a body scrub, it works wonders on my back and chest. Leave skin feeling clean and fresh. Product has a large opening, with a squishy bottle so easy to dispense - works well on a body puff or massaging into skin. I use it once week and enjoy great results on my back and chest, often these areas for me are sensitive to product, but no issues, have been using product regularly.

This scrub is great at heavy duty exfoliation, but the uneven exfoliating pieces are bad for your skin as they are too rough. They work by scratching your skin.

I use this product twice a week to exfoliate my face and I love it. It isn't to harsh like some exfoliators I have tried and it doesn't react with my sensitive skin like many face product do.

I remember using this when I was younger and loving it. Hadn’t seen it round in Forever and now my stepdaughters using it. It smells amazing, simple timeless packaging, and it’s super easy to use. I love the granule size in this exfoliater because it really feels like it’s doing something, leaving skin smooth and silky afterwards.

This scrub has made my life easier. I have been using this for over a year now, and can safely say my skin feels ever so smooth and blemish free.

One would think, with such exfoliation it might leave the skin dry but you sure will be amazed but the results once you try it. The granules help remove black heads by cleansing the pores and also remove dead skin, however the moisture is attained by the creamy-ness of the product.

Now there are loads of comments on it being too harsh for your skin and that can be the case; if over used. Twice or three times a week would the the adequate amount of usage for all skin types. A huge recommendation from me would be to combine this beautiful scrub with a toner (with will neutralise the skin) and a rich moisturiser to restore the skin.

I used this product for a long time and at the time was very happy with it. I think it is a great product and really does exfoliate your face. Leaving with absolutely no dirt or dry skin. Can be very harsh on skin though and after using everyday i think it really should be used a couple times a week so that you can give your face a break from the harsh texture. It is fragrant and comes across as very natural. I think it would work best if used with a gentle face cleanser so that it can work well with your skin.

Love it, I am forever trying out new scrubs but always end up going back to this one, my face gets a harsh texture if I use an ordinary face wash, its always so smooth after I use this product, never drys my skin out, it gives me the perfect base to apply makeup to :-)

I love this scrub it leaves my skin feeling so smooth and refreshed. I have used other scrubs but none that leave my skin feeling so good. For people with delicate skin I would recommend using it every few days as it is quite a rough scrub but that is what I love best about it. It take away any old skin and dirt out of my pours leaving me with a refreshed face.
