The scent of this candle takes me back to late night shopping at Sylvia Park, just waiting for the moment you pass Peter Alexander! Now I live three hours away from Akl and late night shopping doesn't exist... So naturally, I've had one of these babies in the house non stop for the past 5 years, you don't even have to light the thing and you're room is filled with the delish caramel scent. Are they pricey? Yes. Is it worth the money? Absolutely!

So yummy!!
This is one of my favourite glasshouse scents - that perfect warm vanilla coupled with that indulgent caramel scent, I tend to give 'Little Black Dress' as gifts as not everyone loves vanilla. If you are a true vanilla fan this is a must. The glasshouse customer service is also amazing - I love when you can buy with confidence with a brand.
Tips: Buy a wick trimmer - worth their weight in gold to easily trim the wicks!

Tahaa should be renamed to Tahdah!
Have you ever wondered what that deliciously thick syrupy glorious gourmand scent is? The one that temporarily blinds you from your quick mall in-out objective and drags you by the nostrils to the entrance of Peter Alexander then entices you in with a warm hyggelig mind-spinning-sensory-embrace. IT IS THIS candle.
Triple scented, presented in a beautiful glass jar with lid. Almost to delicious to burn, and much converted. I am a scent hound and love gourmands and this one doesn't disappoint. It is sweet and overpowering in a thick caramel with a hint of vanilla and has a slight hot toffee scent when burning.
I would definitely recommend getting the larger size, well worth the splurge if your looking for a sweet gift this Christmas. A reorder is already on my hyggelig winter wishlist (although I might ask Santa as 2020 has been rough).

The scent throw from these candles can be insane - anyone who has ever walked into Peter Alexander can attest to that!
The newer versions don't have the gorgeous caramelly colour, but the warm vanilla toffee scent is the same. It envelopes you, it soothes you, and it's like a house full of baking, but without the calories.
Glasshouse candles are among my fave - they're gorgeous, they last, and they have a good scent throw. They're not cheap, but they're lovely.

Awesome gift
I love this candle! Beautiful scent, the candle lasts for ages and even when unlit you can smell it in the house. It is the perfect gift for anyone really. Love the glass that it comes in.

Best Candle
Hands down best candle I’ve ever used. I have the brown coloured one - Tahaa, which smells a bit like sweetened condensed milk/caramel, so yummy. One of the few candles that when it burns it makes the whole house smell lovely. I also have the red one, I can’t remember the scent name. It is more fruity and it also has a strong scent which when burned leaves the room smelling very fragrant. Worth the price that you pay.

One of my favourite candles
If you like candles get this one trust me. It fills your room with an amazing caramel smell and the smell lingers for ages. It's no wonder this is one of glass house's best sellers. Will always have one in my house

A staple candles
I have multiple candles from glasshouse, they not only look great but all the fragrances smell divine! The vanilla Caramel is very popular, but for some the smell is very sweet and butter scotch like so people find it overwhelming. If you don’t like very sweet candles I would say try a different fragrance, but if you love sweetness then this is one for you. They are affordable and accessible (Peter Alexander)

This candle smells DEVINE!!! I use it in my kitchen /dining area most days. The larger size lasts such a long time and it doesn’t lose its smell. I love the sweet caramel scent- it reminds me of jersey caramel lollies which takes me back to my childhood!
Tips: Burn it every day and relax with the gorgeous scent of caramel and vanilla. Don’t forget to trim the wick as you burn it- I do this weekly to ensure it doesn’t get too long. I also use a wet cloth to wipe the glass jar to keep it looking clean.
