MAC Lipstick Review

Ive only recently joined the Mac bandwagon. I received 2 MAC lipsticks for Christmas and I love them! I have the colours Velvet teddy in a matte finish and Angel in a frost finish. Velvet teddy is a perfect dark nude! I love wearing it on a day to day basis and I had to go out and buy another one as I know this colour is hard to come by! Angel is a perfect light pink when I feel like wearing a wee bit of colour I love the frost finish and it keeps my lips very hydrated! Can't wait to try out some more colours, the price of $40 for a lipstick is quite high but in the long run its worth it!

I only started using MAC lipsticks just under a year a go and I love them. The colour snob I love it. Its a colour that I can wearing during the day and at night. This lipstick doesn't leave my lips feeling dry or gross. The colour stays on really well. I love this colour and would buy it again and again. Its my go to lipstick.

I currently own three MAC lipsticks, fanfare, rebel and sin. I love the formulas and find they actually do last nicely, especially since I save them for going out so they are quite durable. They can be a bit pricey but I think it's totally worth it!

...until I splashed out and bought one. I own a Mac lipstick in the shade Plumful. And now I am hooked!

Plumful is a plum shade (funny that) that isn't too bright, dark or in your face. It is a great autumn shade.

I love the size and packaging of these lipsticks; they are a sleek design that fits easily into makeup storage, a handbag or a travel bag.

MAC lipsticks are amazing to wear. They glide on smoothly and feel silky when on. The colour lasts a reasonably amount of time but I still find it wears off reasonably quick (for the price) and that is the only negative of this product for me. This can be solved by reapplying throughout the day (but I'm a wee bit lazy when it comes to that).

That being said I would definitely recommend this product simply for the variety of colours available and how nicely they apply.

Mac Matte Lipstick in the shade 'Candy Yum Yum' is one of my all time faves! This bright pink is a stand out shade that makes your lips pop! I always get comments when I wear it and am gutted that I have now run out. This lipstick is super long wearing and withstands most occasions of eating and drinking so is perfect for a day to day look or a popping colour for a night time look.

I absolutely love Mac lipsticks, they are my all time favourite and usually my goth lipstick, they are moisturing and the colour pay off is a 10/10,they smell soo good and have a wide range of colours. My most wonderful are velvet teddy, snob, cremecup, flamingo and rebel.

mac lipsticks are extremely popular and after trying one i know why. they are long lasting and very moisturizing. the colour variety is excellent with colours ranging from light pinks to nudes to dark purples to reds. in my opinion this brand has the widest colour variety. there is guaranteed to be one to suit every skin colour.

I looove the mac matte lipsticks! Velvet Teddy is my absolute favorite ("baaaa" I know I know call me a sheep but its such an amazing colour!) I love the texture, its not too drying and it smells yummy (vanilla like all mac lippys) it has great staying power. definitely my go to lippy!

I used to hate mac lipstick until I found the right lipstick formula for me. I found many formulas drying and didn't last well until I tried the amplifed range. This formula is to die for so hydrating and long lasting colour. They have heaps of pretty colours my personal favourite are 'up the amp' and 'chatterbox'

I need them all NOW! I only have a handful of shades and only one doesn't get regular wear (Heroine). My favourite is Flat out Fabulous in the Retro matte formula. It lasts forever but is a bit drying. MAC is the home of some cult colours. Rebel is amazing - but some others such as Please Me and Brave are equally amazing. And then there is the staple matte Russian Red. You cannot go wrong with a MAC lipstick. Probably the largest range of colours and finishes and I'm yet to find a dud.
