Firstly, the flowers in the bottle are kind of odd looking but you get used to it. I love the simple packaging The toner itself is so nice, it didnt dry out my skin at all after it dried down. It has a slight tingly feeling to it too. Loved what it did for my skin definitely would repurchase

Obviously natural, and very lovely to use!
I love that this contains botanical bits (I'm assuming petals!) in it! It screams natural!
This is a really refreshing toner without being too astringent. I have enjoyed introducing it into my skin care routine, as a toner isn't something I usually seek out.
I've been using this in the morning and evening, I enjoy the clean and soft feeling I'm left with. I also have found it quite calming on my skin, especially when applied after my weekly peel mask!
I think this is a really lovely product and a great introduction to the Kiehls range!

Love it!
This is my go-to toner and I have repurchased this at least 4 times. It soothes the skin and acts as a perfect primer for the rest of my skincare products that I put on after.

Good product, can't get past the smell!
This product does what it says it does. I just can't get past the smell. Especially since you are putting it on your face. Don't get me wrong, I love natural things, but the smell of this is too herbal for me. I tried it for two weeks before giving up. For the price, I do think that this product is a bit overrated. I just can't get over the floating pieces in the bottle.
Tips: Use after cleansing.

Not for me
My sister gifted me this for Christmas and I was excited to try it. Mecca said it was scent free but it smells kinda like honey - which is fine. I like honey. I haven’t seen any difference to my skin with this and it does feel like it’s drying it out - though I do have dry skin and shouldn’t have used it seeing as it’s advertised for normal to oily skin.
Tips: If you’re prone to dry skin, find something else. I feel kiehls toner itself could be fine but don’t use this one.

A Good Staple
I love this product, it is so refreshing and calming on the skin. I have been using it for a few years now, having tried others but I keep returning to this. It is gentle on sensitive skin and being alcohol-free, it doesn't cause excess oil production from drying ingredients, which has been a big problem with others for me in the past. Overall it is great, I am just not so convinced about their claims about improving skin texture.
Tips: Leaving a cotton pad soaked in the toner on a blemish will help reduce it.

Strange
This is my first product to try from Kiehls, and i’ve heard such good things about their products so i was looking forward to this.
I apply the toner on a reusable cotton eye-pad and use it to wipe my face for extra cleansing from time to time not too often because toners often dry my skin out.
But i was really disappointed with this product, i felt it did nothing to my face it might be made for ultra sensitive skin maybe? But it was really useless on my skin and i have combination skin type.
I’d never buy this again, felt like a waste of money unfortunately. The toner looked cool it had pieces of extract in it, which comes out with the toner which you can also apply on your face. But nope this wasn’t for me.

I have not used a toner since I was about 13 and I have memories of them being extremely drying. Well this was the total opposite. It made my skin feel incredibly clean, and soft at the same time. It was not drying, and just glided on to the skin. I think toner may re enter my skincare routine moving forward!
Tips: This product taught me to always cleanse twice! I was amazed at how much make up came off my skin when I put this product on. Here was me thinking I had been cleaning my skin, but clearly not !
