I have just recently started to use this product and i love it. It keeps my dry face moisturized throughout the day. This would be my new favorite moisturizer.

I bought this moisturizer off a friend, as she had barely used it and was getting rid of it. Plus, it was less than the store price so how could I pass that up for a practically new product!? This is my first Clinique product but man… it won’t be the last.
When this arrived I was kinda disappointed if I’m honest. Looking at the pictures I expected the bottle to be frosted glass, as that’s what it looks like. However, it’s made of blimmen plastic! For something that’s so expensive I expected the packaging to be as luxurious as the price suggests. However, I can see how having plastic packaging is good – the price isn’t high and you aren’t paying for a glass bottle. I like the pump though, it works well.
The product itself is yellow and reminds me a heck of a lot like custard. It’s about as thick as custard too! Especially cooled custard. Mmmm custard. Unfortunately it doesn’t smell like custard, it kinda smells like nothing at all, but also a bit chemically as well. I use one pump of product which is maybe one extraordinarily big pea, or 3 baby peas worth. It’s not heaps, but it’s just enough to cover my face and neck. The product doesn’t really move when on the face – by that I mean however much you get is all you get, it doesn’t warm and spread. I think professionals call it “non-greasy”
However. The tag of dramatically different is so accurate it’s put a smile on my dial. Before using this I had dry patches on my chin, and my skin was uneven and nasty. Since using this, and it’s been about 2 weeks, my skin has evened out, I no longer have dry patches and, best of all, I also haven’t had any big or noticeable pimples. My skin finally stays hydrated through the day and I find I’m not reaching for my end game snail gel as much or at all, which is really just quite amazing in itself. For lack of a better phrase, this stuff is the bomb diggety and I’m so happy with it. I’ll be repurchasing.
I have used Clinique for more than ten years now and I am a big fan of their products. That said, this is a decent moisturiser. It is light and non-greasy and absorbs well, leaving your face feeling fresh. The pump is good for easy application, but gets annoying when you start to run out.
However, it is quite expensive, even with the recent price reduction across some Clinique lines. Also it does not have SPF, which is an issue for a daily moisturiser.
Bottom line: it's nice to have, but I would not rush out and repurchase it. There are other products that do much the same job but are cheaper.
Because I have combination skin, I use the Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel. I have used it for about 6 months, and my skin has never been better! It is smooth, hydrated, clear and not as oily.
Tips: If you have oily skin, go for the gel!
I have rather oily skin which can be dry and flaky in some areas so it can be hard for me to find a good moisturiser that isn't going to add to the problem. I bought this the other day after seeing it on special and I must say I absolutely love this product. A little goes a long way with this so it definitely lasts ages! It goes on easily and is non greasy and oily and what's best is it helps maintain a balance in my skin and makes it feel soft and supple .
Tips: A little goes a long way so dont pump so much
I have pretty balanced skin but I found when I was using this moisturiser that I would break out in my T-zone. I had no problems when just using it on my cheeks, but of course I want to moisturise my whole face so I stopped using it and moved onto something that was a little less rich.
this is one of the best moisturisers i have ever used, i use it on my face everynight and before applying foundation and keeps my face soft and hydrated
Tips: you only need a little bit as it spreads easily
I have always been faithful to Clinique Moisturiser, Its my go to for face moisturiser and I guess thats a tell-all right there. I sometimes feel like I should try find something new, but always end up having this in my shopping basket. It makes my skin feel hydrated and smooth, It lasts a long time and is value for money. I have sensitive skin and always get worried how my skin will react to products. I trust this product to never give me redness or make my skin react.
Being a sufferer of combination skin, I'm always on the lookout for really good moisturisers. I can't say that this one will be a keeper.
I understand that there's a number of factors that can affect our skin, like the makeup we use and hair products, but I found my skin has not improved, or felt hydrated/less oily using this product.
I found it to be a watery consistency - which is up to par with their definition of a moisture "drink". It takes a while for it to settle into the skin - I'd say to give it about 5-10 mins before applying makeup. In the interim though, it feels almost like a gel - a sticky(ish) glaze on your face.
I've had no reactions to this product - my skin accepts it quite well. In saying that, I haven't noticed any difference! My skin isn't softer, smoother, nor improved in anyway. It is much the same as it's ever been. I figured for the price I paid, I could expect a healthier "dramatic" difference. It seems I've boarded the NOPE train.
It's certainly not something I would buy for myself again and its name sort of angers me a little... "Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturiser" - with a plus sign!! Sigh, I wish I could say it was true.
I purchased this to combat my sensitive and dry skin. Seemed to work well - it didn't leave my skin greasy or irritate it as it has little to no fragrance. However, I didn't find that this did anything special for my skin and I still had some dry patches on my face. Feels really good and light but not worth the price in my opinion.
Tips: Try before you buy
