Black Opium by YSL is highly addictive & smells ultra amazing. I definitely found it is fascinating when I wore at a Bike Rally recently (lots of comments on how amazing I smelt)...It is a very seductive & intoxicating scent...Coffee & Vanilla & White Flowers make up this pricey but worth it perfume...It's super alluring & Is sure to be a favourite of mine for a long time to come...

Tips: Use sparingly...Great quality perfume & lasts a long time.
Pricey if you are going to purchase get in a gift set so you get a purse spray and / or body lotion or the like to make it worth your while...Plus it's cheaper in a gift set than on it's own...
This has got to be one of my favorite perfumes I have ever used! I was lucky enough to be gifted a bottle for my birthday one year and I fell in love with it since then. It is quite pricy so I wouldn't go out and buy it for myself but I have my family trained quite well so when I run out I get another bottle for my birthday or Christmas. I would use this everyday if it wasn't so pricy and I always have compliments. I love the bottle and have them on display in my makeup room - I also was lucky enough to get a set in a really pretty box so I also have that on display to make my room a little bit more wow.
Tips: Spray on the back of your neck when someone gives you a hug they'll smell it :)
I really love this scent, it is strong without being overpowering. I use this often in the evening before going out for dinner etc. I find that it lasts a lot time on the skin. The bottle is also very pretty and I love it. Will definitely re-purchase this perfume
Totally in love with this perfume. The coffee and vanilla notes are a match made in heaven. It’s lasts a good 8 plus hrs and 2 sprays are more than enough, so you’ll get pretty good use from your 50ml bottle. Highly recommend.
Such a beautiful scent! But unfortunately I am really allergic to it! I came back and forth from the store I brought it from trying it on my wrist, it did not react so I brought it.I then sprayed on my neck and it was almost instant dry itchy skin.
The scent itself is to die for! The Jasmine and coffee together is gorgeous and it sets well on the skin (well not mine) and it will last and last. It has even stayed on my skin after having a shower. If only!
I have been wanting this perfume forever, and finally decided to treat myself and bought it. I have not been disappointed, I absolutely love it. The scent is delicious and lasts all day. I've been getting lots of compliments when I wear it and would definitely recommend if you're thinking about getting it!
Tips: Buy from Chemist Warehouse! A lot more affordable
Love love love! So chic and classic. This fragrance is warm and inviting. It has moderate longevity but not as heavily scented as original Opium. It gets lots of compliments. It smells like fruity vanilla coffee and spice with a hint of light florals and is slightly sweet but not sickly. Other scents I love are Si by Giorgio Armani, Bright Crystal Absolu by Versace, Good Girl by Carolina Herrera, Hypnotic Poison by Dior, and La vie est belle by YSL. If you love any of these or similar perfumes you are bound to love this too.
Tips: Spray on your navel for radiating scent!
This is my absolute FAV! It smells sensational! And the fragrances actually lasts for hours, I get s many compliments on it. Plus, the packaging is so cute.
I have used most of the YSL black opium perfumes and loved every single one. If you love smelling sweet and want a long lasting perfume then I would highly recommend this one. Everytime I wear this I am complimented about how amazing it smells even after hours of wear.
Tips: A little goes a long way for this perfume and the smell will stay with you for hours after spraying. I don’t recommend overspraying as it can be pretty over bearing if over used
Really really nice scent. I think the price is a bit ridiculous but it is YSL. The bottle is nice and feels luxurious as expected. The smell is long lasting and is definitely like nothing else. Overall it is nice but I dont think that I would purchase again just because the price is a bit too much.
