Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation Review

I love this foundation, it covers really, really well but isn't too heavy. I always set it with a powder and it lasts all day. I have pretty sensitive skin and I find that this product doesn't irritate much at all. Would recommend.

I can not express my love for this foundation enough. Every new foundation I buy I find myself comparing it to this, and with out fail always coming back to this as my main foundation. Personally I like a medium coverage. I have typical teenagery skin so I like it to cover my pimples, however not look cakey; and it does just that! It lasts all day and leave's a pretty dewy finish, and is possibly one of the only foundations I've ever been able to find which is exactly my colour!

This is one of my favourite foundations, ever! I've been on the look out for a good foundation for a while now, I tried a few high end brands, and a few low end brands, and this is one of the stand out ones for me! Its a light-medium coverage, which is what I am after as I don't like foundations which are too heavy! Its easy to apply, and feels extremely soft on the skin! I was also really impressed with the colours, I always find it hard to find a colour to match my skin & the one i chose (true ivory) is like a perfect match!

I also really like the packaging, its a glass container, but has a pump which is a big thumbs up from me, as it means you won't any product!

When coming to finding the right foundation, it may be a little bit of a struggle... And I was a bit funny about using this Rimmel foundation because of how previous foundations were oily, didn't last all day etc. When I applied this foundation, it was so smooth and blended in with my skin colour perfectly fine almost making it look like I had nothing on! It has a really nice glow to it and it's comfortable.

I love this foundation and is definitely one of the best drugstore foundations i have ever tried. I love the finish of it as its very dewy and natural looking and it has an amazing coverage without looking cakey. Its a very blendable foundation and glides on very smoothly with a sponge, brush or fingers. Makes my skin look very radiant and blowy which i love especially when i am rather tired and want to brighten up my skin. This product has a great colour selection and i think it has a colour that would match anyone perfectly.

This is my go to foundation on days that I look really tired or when my skin looks dull. It instantly makes me more awake which is what Rimmel was after with this foundation. It doesn't bother me at all that it has few specks of glitter in it since I think it helps in making me look more awake in a way. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

This foundation is amazing at $25 the coverage is wonderful feels light and smooth . Definitely hides those black under eyes and gives a fresh look . I have had so many compliments since using this foundation because it makes my skin glow . it gives enough coverage to hide those ugly small zits but not too much that my freckles are completely hidden . has small shimmers that gives the glow. LOVE LOVE LOVE this foundation.

This is a perfect foundation to wear if your a bit run down or to hide the under eye bags after a ruff night :) I find it to be medium coverage on me with a glow/illuminating effect which is great to looked refreshed. The bottle is super cute and stands out on the self, very durable as well. I paid $20 at the warehouse on special and id happily buy it again.

I found about this product when watching Zoella on Youtube. Being a viewer I had to have it! I asked for it for my 18th birthday actually and Mum got it for me. Unfortunately it was to dark for my winter skin so I made it work but eventually bought one as close to my skin tone as possible.

This product is super affordable for what it is. Farmers are always well stocked with this product as well as Kmart. A down side is they don't carry to many colours and they can be quite orange on some skin tones. I didn't have this problem though since both of them matched my skin tone when pale/tanned.

It comes in sturdy glass tube with a orange shimmery lid. Because it's glass it's see through which is super handy when trying to colour match to the right one since you can see the product instead of trying to guess. It also has a pump so you don't waste much product.

I would say this is a light to medium coverage which is perfect for the days your doing errands and want a no make up make up look. I don't typically wear this out to special occasions etc but if I'm popping out this is definitely the one I pick up. My favourite bit is the shimmer in it that makes you look super awake and bright so is also good for the nights you haven't had much sleep! Also don't be intimidated by the shimmer, it's a lot finer than you would think and it definitely does not light your face up like a disco ball or anything.

I find the foundation doesn't last all day but does last a few hours set with powder, which is fine. As I said it's usually what I'd wear to run errands so the last-ability isn't a huge issue for me. I really do love this foundation and is definitely a staple in my beauty collection.

This foundation was my first trip down the liquid foundation route. It gives great, medium coverage and certainly gives you an awake look, however, there is something in this that, if you're oily, makes it look worse. I ended up having trouble getting this to stay in place - it was travelling on my face! I imagine if you have tired/dry skin, this would be a foundation to use.

I did my application with a stippling brush and found that was the way to get the best finish from this foundation.
