L'Oreal Magic Lumi Light Infusing Primer Review

This product is fantastic. It combines both hold and shine to create the perfect primer. When applied it leaves a very dewy, shiny finish to the skin. But when foundation is applied over top, instead of being shiny and greasy looking your skin looks illuminated. Even if you have oily skin, this product does will not let your face get oily throughout the day. It holds your makeup for a reasonable amount of time, but I wouldn't say that it primes for a whole day. But other than that last few hours when you need to touch up your nose, chin and forehead, this primer is honestly so perfect and one of a kind. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

Love this Primer. makes your skin feel amazing. so light and fresh. defiantly a go to product under makeup or alone. makes makeup feel so nice over top and skin looks so illuminated. stops any oiliness from coming through which is fantastic. one of the only products that iv found really stays on for they whole 8 hours it states. my go to primer.

Its a must have for me! Love how you can wear it alone or under foundation. goes on so smooth and easy to apply foundation over it. great for dry skin.

Differently worth its price. will Differently but again

I saw a review/tutorial on this via shaaanxo... I have large pores so decided on a pore smoothing primer for my nose, chin and cheeks but thought I'd try this for an eye primer! I was NOT disappointed! I love this so much, I have really dark under eye circles (thanks genetics). I apply a little bit under each eye and on my eyelids, it instantly brightens. Once I put on a colour correcting concealer bye bye dark bags hello bright eyes! I am so converted to this product. I love it and I recommend to all!

When I got this primer I was pretty skeptical about its properties as a primer, as I have been pretty happy with my Revlon Photo Ready, however the dewy finish it gives was quite tempting so I thought I should give it a go. No regrets at all as it gets you skin such a beautiful dewy effect. I like using it undr a light bb cream other than a heavy foundation and its perfect for when you look exhausted and need a luminous completion.

I loved this from the minute i put it on. It made my foundation just glide on. It stayed on all day even in summer. I recommended this 100%

I have used this a few times but found it quite oily. I didnt use all over my face as i found it just made me look shiny rather than illuminated!

I brought this towards the start of this year and really really like it! I swipe it over my skin with my fingers and then press it into the skin with patting motions. It make my skin look so lovely and glowy. This helps even my matte foundations look like they have a bit more 'life' to them. I probably wouldn't wear this alone as it is quite pearlescent, but it is also great under a light bb cream if you are going for a really fresh dewy look.

I so wanted to love this primer, it felt very hydrating and nice on my face. It made my makeup last better during the day. However a week after using this I got a reaction and my face broke out. Unfortunately, it's too rich for my sensitive skin. Now, onto the search for another primer that doesn't irritate my skin!

Not a fan.

I had high hopes for this product seeing as I had heard so many great reviews on it. However I don't know why, but for me, it didn't do anything.

My foundation looked no different when I used it as a primer, and I tried it with a few different foundations to make sure. And it didn't make my foundation last any longer than normal.

It did give a pretty sheen to my skin, so I tried using it as a highlighter, but it didn't really work for that either. Looked ok at the start, but wore off after a short amount of time and left my foundation looking a little streaky in the areas I had applied the primer.

The consistency of the product is a little to watery for it to even be a primer in my opinion.

Kinda disappointed, because I wanted to like this!
