It's Beauty From Within week at Beauty Review, and we're focusing on tackling problems from the inside out!

Evening Primrose Oil is the oil from the seed of the evening primrose plant.  In foods, evening primrose oil is used as a dietary source of essential fatty acids. It's a popular supplement for women of all ages due to it's many healing properties.  Here's just a few of them:

Skin Disorders: eczema, psoriasis, and acne.

Bones and Joints: rheumatoid arthritis, weak bones (osteoporosis),

Pregnancy: preventing high blood pressure (pre-eclampsia), shortening labor, starting labor, and preventing late deliveries

Ladies' Issues: breast pain, endometriosis, and symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes.

Another amazing gift from nature!  And 10 members are going to form a trial team to put an NZ blend to the test.  Radiance Oil of Beauty is a synergistic blend of NZ grown EPO, Blackcurrant Seed Oil and is strengthened with NZ grown natural astaxanthin.

Oil of Beauty helps to restore the skin's lipid barrier to help protect against harsh environmental conditions, toxins, microbes and chemicals.  It supports and soothes sensitive red, irritated, dry and blemished skin, while promoting optimal hydration, moisture and smoothness.  It also supports healthy circulation, blood vessel integrity and hormone balance.

How fantastic does this sound?!  So if you'd like to join this trial team why not tell us your experiences with Evening Primrose Oil?  Are you an avid user or have you never tried it?  What issues do you think it could help you with?

I was told by my first midwife to take in the last few weeks of pregnancy, but I never realised that having it on a daily basis could have so many benefits. Definatly something to look into

I have never tried Evening Primrose before but it sounds like something that might do me some good haha. I don't really think that this is the trial for me though as I only really have one of these problems.

If its going to do all these amazing things then I am 100% down to try this one!!!

I've heard of Evening Primrose Oil before but never tried it as I always related it to aiding in women's health issues like pregnancy, I had no idea it had such a beneficial effect on the skin. I love the science behind how it works, assisting both the outer and inner workings of the skin through the lipid barrier and circulation. It sounds like it definately should be part of every women's bathroom cabinet!

I've seen EPO around but I've never tried it. My skin could definitely benefit from this! I also like the sound of it balancing hormones as mine are still a bit off from my birth control I had removed.

I would love to try this, it sounds brilliant. Too bad I'm going away - I'll have to read the reviews.

I could definitely use this with my eczema flaring up really bad during the winter. My skin gets very itchy, and I scratch it almost raw at times. Doing housework doesn't help but there's no one else to do it and luckily for my flatmates I can't stand a dirty, messy house. Growing up in a large family and being the go-getter that I am I have learned that if I want something done I have to do it myself. This if it works would be a godsend during this time.
