Retinol is scientifically proven as an anti-ageing ingredient, and once you get adjusted to using Retinol in your skin care routine, it's likely to become your favourite ingredient.

However Retinol isn't a straightforward ingredient - you need to introduce it slowly and give your skin time to build up a tolerance to it.  Otherwise you face drying, peeling, redness and the dread Retinol burn!

These not-wanted side effects are the reasons why people with dry or sensitive skin might avoid Retinol - but luckily there are ways to introduce and use Retinol even if your skin type is less than favourable to it.

Introducing the new Garnier Green Labs Retinol-Berry range!

The Garnier Green Labs Retinol-Berry Cream Cleanser is perfect for dry and sensitive skin. It's an effective yet extra gentle cleanser that fully removes makeup, dirt, impurities and SPF, softening the skin while cleansing.

The Garnier Green Labs Retinol-Berry Serum Cream iis the perfect way to Introduce retinol into your skincare routine. This product is formulated to provide the benefits of retinol without over-drying the skin.  It's three products in one; a night cream, a retinol serum, and an eye cream!

If you'd like to put your hand up for this trial team tell us about your experiences with Retinol - have you tried it?  Or is something you've avoided due to your skin being dry or sensitive - or even both?

I have not tried Retinol but have heard about its amazing results. After reading this article I feel like I am missing something really important. I would love to be part of the trial team of Garnier Green Labs Retinol-Berry, because my skin is showing ageing signs and this range looks like the best way to introduce Retinol to my skin. Garnier always comes up with high quality and improved ingredients and its one of my favorite brands. Thanks in advance.

At this time of year my skin gets soooooo dry I avoid so many of my normal products as it makes it’s so much worse. I have avoided all retinol based products as I’m afraid of what it may do to my already dry skin

I currently use a retinol night serum and along with following the directions carefully and regular moisturising I love the benefits. I would enjoy trying a product with super berry blend and more than just a night serum

I’ve never tried retinol but am definitely keen to give it a try! I have sensitive skin to begin with, but now these pregnancy hormones are making my face out of control. I also love a good 3 in 1 product, especially on days where I’m struggling to pull myself out of bed without being late to work!!!

I have never tried retinol product. I have sensitive skin that gets particularly dry in the winter months, especially around the eyes. I have to use an eye cream morning and night to combat the dryness. Would love to give this a try as it sounds perfect for my skin type.

I have never tried retinol but I’m very interested in trying it but I have semi sensitive skin so it sounds good for me I also love that this is a 3 in 1!!

I have just recently tried retinol in my night cream and I am loving the results so far! I love how the serum product is 3 in one!

I've never tried it before, but I have sensitive skin, so this sounds like an awesome product for me.

Would be good to see if these give results, bettef than my current products

I started using a Retinol product about 20 years ago, and really think it was one of the best things I could have done to maintain very good skin in my late 20's, however I stopped using it for a couple of reasons, in my 30's. My skin has become more sensitive and dry the past few years, so I'd be really keen to see if Garnier Retinol Berry would suit so I can return to using Retinol as a key beauty product. Plus I'm getting lazy and not using eye cream so the serum sounds perfect!! lol

I'm not avoiding I have use it , I feel the time I use it the retinol percentage was a bit high on my skin not major issues , however I have not try products with retinol again , I would love to give it a go .

This could well be what my skin is looking for being quite sensitive and prone to dryness I tend to avoid all Retinol based serums and creams but if this is as gentle as it claims I would love to put it to the test.

I'm always wary of anything on my face because it is so sensitive and generally pretty dry I would love to give this a try!!

Only ever tried I think a boost lab brand maybe the other way round haha but that was just a night one and it dried out my skin to much even introduceing it slowly like how it brightened my skin though so would love to see how this one would be!
