This product is amazing. I'm not usually a lipstick fan but I do wear the occasional gloss every now and again and this is the one I generally go for.

Tips: Use over lipstick to give extra glossy look and shimmer.
I have one of these in shade 001 Perfect Peony and I think if it was more "my colour" I would wear it more. It would be perfect for day to day/work for a nice flush of pink. Might have to give it another go! The times I have used it I have found the colour doesn't last as long as stated and it has been quite drying. Would definitely recommend you apply a lip balm as well to avoid this.
I have this in nude and it is a gorgeous natural neutral shade suitable with daywear with or without a nude liner. However it is quite drying so be prepared for that - unlike other longwear lippies which come with moisturising topcoats, with this one you are left to your own devices and if you go putting gloss or balm over it it will quickly separate and move around. Would recommend for those who like truly matte lips.
Until the lip stains came along this was your best bet for a long lasting Lippy, but it was a bit paint like and when it did start coming off it sort of peeled and tends to dry out you lips. You can use a gloss to help, but once it starts to peel you really got to scrub it off and start over. Nowhere near as bad as the ones with a clear gloss like MF Lipfinity, but not as good as the new colour stains either.....nice middle of the road alternative, but much prefer the stains.
This is an awesome long wearing product. With most long wearing/colourstay products you run the risk of dry lips so you have to count the cost really. Exfoliating your lips before hand and patting with hot water and moisturising first can help. I think the colours are great, the product goes on well and drys quickly and Definately stays on through meals and then some. Once dried you can add a little gloss to freshen it up if desire. All in all I like this product (not love) but a strong like and would recommend if you want a strong, long wearing colour.
I like the colours but I'm not completely sold on the product. It does do what it says, and is incredibly long lasting. However, it seems to dry my lips out a bit. Also, the smell is not the greatest, so if you're one for nice smelling products I wouldn't recommend this.
I have a couple of these in brighter shades, and even though I love the colour the staying power for me was not great. And when it started coming off, it flaked off from the corners of my lips. Reapplying made it look worse so you'd have to scrub it off which is not easy in the middle of a work day! Might use again but don't tend to reach for it!
One of the things I hate about lippy is the fact that it deposits itself everywhere, leaving a set of facial fingerprints on everything. Well, with this stuff you could be a lipstick ninja, the staying power is so good.
The first time I tried this, I put it on at dinner time to see how far it lasted into the night - how would it cope with dinner and cups of tea? By the time I went to bed it was still going strong. Best take it off before I get it all over the pillows right?
Erm...I tried licking my lips and scrubbing with tissue, but the lippy stuck firm, with minimal remnants coming off. I eventually worked out that a bit of vaseline and a stronger material than tissue helps get most of it off. But there was a lingering "stain" still.
The next day I went for the full day test, so it went on before breakfast (and my morning coffee). I was amazed at how little lippy transferred to the lid of my coffee. The colour was also still going strong before I went out after work. I did touch it up just to refresh it, but it was still there from the morning.
Down sides? As with most "long-stay lippies" I've found, the consistency dries up a little after application, so your lips do become quite "sticky". I tend to rub my lips together a bit so this was a little unpleasant for me. It can also dry your lips out a little so it emphasises "cracks" or "grooves" in your lips.
But overall I thought it did a great job and I've worn it lots. This is a good testament from a lass who doesn't normally bother with lippy.
Tips: I started using Vaseline Lip Therapy under the lippy application to help with the "drying out" feeling. It does mean that the colour can come off a little easier, but it still stays on way better than any other lippy I've tried.
Love this! Its lovely how it glides on like a gloss but then dries so it doesn't kiss off and it stays all night and day. Excellent product!! Will definitely be purchasing more!
I'm not a fan of gloss colours normally as the wind makes the hair stick to them and it all becomes a bit of an effort to keep up with them bleeding and smearing. But this liquid lipstick is so much better, I have it in a purple mauve and its dreamy, soft like velvet to apply and actually sets like a liquid but still retains a gloss effect, its not the best for long time if you need something all day as one hint of food or drink and it wears off.
