Trilogy Clarifying Cleansing Gel

This cleanser changed my skin for the better, it has been amazing! For a few months now I have been struggling with a lot of acne, having new acne appear everyday and be quite painful and I thought that my skincare routine was good but it was not helping and nothing would. When I ran out of my previous cleanser, I decided to give this a go. I love the packaging of this, It is a nice brown glass bottle with an easy to use pump (the only problem is, it is a bit hard to travel with it) I use one pump all over my face when damp and it has cleared up my acne really well and I also noticed that when I do have a pimple appear, it now disappears after a one or two days rather than sticking around. It makes my skin feel amazing after use, really smooth and clean. I think that it is not too bad of a price point and it is often on special from the stockists.

I was gifted this product in a set from secret Santa ! This was my first time trying trilogy products and WOW my skin had never felt so silky smooth before , I generally suffer from hormonal adult acne with random patchy dry spots . I have been using for about a 3 weeks now & im loving it , definitely my new go to cleanser!

Ooooo I think this is my new favourite cleanser! It comes in a glass bottle (tick tick for environmental friendliness!) and has a pump on the top. The full pump gives out quite a generous amount and I found I didn't need the full pump each time. The cleanser has a lovely refreshing smell. I really loved it, although I could definitely see some people not liking it as it is quite a strong smell. The cleanser is a gel consistency and foams up on your face as you rub it and massage it into your skin. The best thing about this cleanser is how it fixed my horrible congested areas and cleared up the congestion spots in the space of only a week. I had horrible red spots on my cheeks from my skin being congested and unbalanced. Within a couple of days of using this cleanser those spots were clearing and my skin is now looking so much better. If you have combination or oily skin that is prone to getting a bit congested, I would definitely recommend this cleanser!

Usually I don't expect a lot from gel cleansers - I find them either too drying or not thorough enough, but I think I've met my match in this cleansing gel! It comes in a generous 200ml glass bottle (cleansers in glass bottles aren't too common so this is a plus) with a pump for easy dispensing. It has a lovely light herbal fragrance that I really enjoyed. It lathers up quite well for a natural product and cleaned my skin super thoroughly without drying or leaving my skin feeling stripped. Trilogy have nailed the perfect balance with this product. It's also super gentle and didn't irritate my skin at all.

Upon opening the box the first impression was wow the bottle is glass, and the inside of the box is so pretty. I love that the bottle is glass and it looks nice on my bathroom shelf. The smell is a light sent and definitely not over powering. The clear liquid is the consistency of regular pump soap and is easy to dispense one handed using the pump on the bottle. I liked how it felt on my skin and how it left my skin feeling once rinsed off. I was impressed with how easily it removed my makeup. The bottle is a good size and as I didn't seen to use a lot per wash it would last a long time.

Such an easy to use product and smells so good! When the bottle turned up it felt luxurious and expensive (it is Trilogy after all!) and is pricier than I usually use. But it felt like a treat.

The pump dispenser bottle makes it easy to get a good portion of the gel out, rather than having to fiddle with screw top lids etc. And I found that one pump was more than enough to get the job done. This is probably due to the gel formula rather than a liquid or cream. I tried this gel on both wet and dry skin and felt that it worked better on dry. No idea if this is right or not!

It rinsed off easily leaving my skin feeling nice and clean. But the best thing is the smell. That alone made me feel refreshed.

I love the pump applicator on the Trilogy brown bottle of this cleanser. It’s hard to describe the smell, clean but unobtrusive. I love that my skin doesn’t feel tight or dry after using but still refreshed and clean, for my oily skin. I would not normally pay the price for this cleanser but I think when my trial team freebie is getting low I’ll keep my eye out for specials because it’s definitely a keeper!

A great gel cleanser, it’s non drying and easy to use with the pump bottle. It has a soft scent of clean mint and melon, I have been using with a Muslin cloth which I find is a gentle combo. It foams up well and is soap-free. I would use this as a daily cleanser as my skin has been rest clear and bright on this trial!

Firstly the smell is simply divine! It’s so clean and fresh and has a very slight rockmelon scent to it. It’s a very light formula and didn’t dry my skin out afterwards, instead it felt clean and soft! I always worry when I’m having a breakout about not making it any worse but this cleanser was totally fine. Also having the added benefits of witch hazel and salicylic acid is really great when your skin is having a moment! Will definitely repurchase!
