Reviews
I bought this BB cream because I never really wore foundation because I didn't like the feeling of it on my skin so I bought this BB cream thinking it would give me a bit of coverage without the cakey feeling..
I bought the medium thinking it would be fine for my indian complexion but no -.- This product on my face looked ashy! Some of you are thinking "well that's your fault not the product" but I didn't not like the feeling of this product at all! It claims that it complements the skin tone (really doesn't).. This product is a big thumbs down and should come out with more colours so everyone can use it.. :)
I feel this product is more like a tinted moisturiser as it provides very little blemish coverage. It leaves my face oily and I still have to use a decent amount of concealer to cover spots. Would only recommend it if you don't have any blemishes to hide.
This product gave my skin a fresh glowing look that was certainly less "made-up" than normal foundation. Stayed on reasonably well. Definitely not enough coverage to wear for a night out or for work. Wore it with powder but my skin still ended up looking very shiny and greasy after a couple of hours. Didn't hate it, but didn't love it either.
Tips: Maybe for those with drier skin or who prefer a "no make-up" look.
This was not one of my favs. I was expect much more from this BB cream but it was soooo soooo bad. It bearly covered and it was soo oily. A tad pricey too!
Now don't get me wrong, I love Maybelline and I am a religious user of many of their products but the Dream Fresh BB Cream did not tick all the boxes for me and I wouldn't repurchase. I am more of a full coverage kinda gal, and this just does not give very good coverage at all, also it the undertones are very pink and I am a golden/green undertone so this just didn't hit the spot for me. I used it as a base for my foundation (I am a student so cannot afford to be wasteful) but wouldn't use it as a base that could be set with powder because it's far too sheer.
Tips: Ok under foundation if you are pink toned, otherwise the Garnier BB Cream for Oily Skin (annnnyone can use this, the formula is so matte and delicious) works a treat as an alternative BB cream for roughly the same price!
I got a couple of free samples of this product and had really high hopes for it as BB creams are all the rage at the moment. It has a nice smooth consitency and feels nice on the skin however i have combination skin and i found it to dewy for me. I have tried it a few different ways to get rid of the shine but nothing really works. I also felt it was lacking a bit in the coverage department. I prefer medium to high coverage and this didn't cut it. I would not purchase the full size product.
Tips: If you don't like the dewy finish pair with a mattifying powder. Rimmel's matte finish powder is a goody.
This product just didn't work for me and I really wanted it to! It really sat in any fine lines and pores on my face which I really don't like. I don't think the colour selection is great either and I couldn't get a good match to my skin tone. I did use it a couple of times at the beach just to through on something for a little bit of coverage which was handy, but I will be trying to find something else that works for me better.
I found this product far too runny, and didn't seem to cover anything at all. I have used other bb creams which have had a thicker consistency which seem to work a lot better for my skin
Tips: If this product doesn't cover enough for you, you can always look at using it as a primer instead, seems to do an all right job
i have freckles and redness I WANT TO COVER and using this it hardly covers any of my imperfections. i can see where it blurs but i wouldst use it as full coverage unless i was travel-ling overseas to hot country's.
Tips: doesn't work for me but if you have little imperfections this may work better for you s
