I would not normally spend this much money on a small tub of body butter, but I decided to splash out with my Beauty Points to get this beautiful looking product from the Beauty Vault. I love that the cream is made in NZ, and that the tub and cap are made from post consumer plastic, what a great idea! Both the box and the tub are beautifully designed, and look and feel expensive. On first opening, I really liked the mango smell of the body butter, but as soon as I removed the cream from the container and put it onto my skin, the smell changed and became unpleasant. When I use it, the cream does not smell of mango any longer, and I cannot really describe what the new smell is. It is a real shame because the consistency of the cream is beautiful, it is easily absorbed by the skin, and it leaves the promised shimmer. However, if I use it in the evening, my skin is already no longer looking and feeling hydrated by the morning, so the hydrating effect of the cream does not last long. Looking at other reviews, the weird smell change might be something that is only happening to me, but for me it is so off putting that I would not buy this product again.

This arrived in time for our summer, we'll, what was meant to be our summer, but the lack of summer aside, I got a new body butter! The packaging is so cute, the colours are very eye catching, aimed at a younger age group than me, but I like to think I am young at heart. This body butter comes in a 180ml pale purple plastic pot with a screw top lid. Once you open it you get a faint scent of mango, it is not a strong smell, this may or may not suit, just depends on what you like. This body butter contains Shea, cocoa and mango seed butter. It absorbs nicely into your skin, it is not greasy. It leaves my skin feeling and looking great. The only thing I would say that is jot totally positive is the shimmer, I didn't really get much of a shimmer, and I do like shimmer. That's OK, I still really enjoyed using this body butter.

The body butter smells like a dessert. I apply after showering. It is non-greasy and my skin feels instantly soft and smooth. My skin feels silky ALL day.

I have not noticed a shimmer, but this is not a deal breaker.

This is the first product I've ever tried from Evre. It comes in really cute vibey packaging. The product is in a twist top pot that is a cute lavender with simple white branding.

The product has in interesting scent that reminds me of the liquid anti biotics my kids had when they were small. It's not unpleasant, but kinda unexpected.

The product is thick and creamy and when it absorbs it is soft and leaves my skin feeling smooth and hydrated. I've been working a lot lately, and I'm enjoying rubbing this into my feet at night, as it refreshing and relaxing, and my hands are nice and soft after massaging it in. I've also been rubbing the excess into my nails and feels like it is softening them.

I haven't noticed a shimmer, but it is hydrating, soothing, and nourishing to my skin, as per the product claim. It is certainly a very nice product and one worth trying.

Cute packaging. From what I understand this brand is aimed towards teens? Like the potties and the purple colour. Was hoping this would smell more mango-y? More tropical but it is a Suttle scent. Also the shimmer is barely detectable. Would have loved and obvious sheen.

As a moisturiser though, does the job. Lightweight and quickly absorbed. Skin feels soft after use. Glad I got to try this (bbbe Xmas 22). Not keen to repurchase.

If you love the smell of mango then you’re going to love this body butter. It is a lovely consistency, not too thick but thick enough that you know it’s going to be hydrating on dry skin. I’ve been using this on my dry legs and it’s worked wonders, especially around my knees. While it doesn’t sink in immediately and does require a bit of rubbing to get it absorbed into the skin, it doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky like a lot of body butters do. The fragrance is fruity but with a hint of cocoa and Shea butter and is quite strong so if you’re sensitive to strong scents then I’d avoid this product. It does say that is gives a subtle shimmer when applied, I’ve found it very subtle almost undetectable but the cream itself does give a nice sheen to the skin anyway. The tub isn’t huge and I did wonder if I would get through it really fast but you don’t need a lot of product to get the job done. Definitely excited to try more from this range.

Obsessed. I love this range. If your after strong and powerful products this isn’t for you as this range is definitely suited for more sensitive skin types being more gentle on the skin, but I love it. So far my sensitive skin has not reacted with any of the products in this range and I have tried 4 products now.

The smell is the best part - it does smell like mango! As they claim.. so good you want to eat it.

It’s moisturising - I use on my legs as they get dry and cracked and they haven’t been dry and cracked. For my uniform I wear cut off pants just below the knee and these have solved that scaly looking skin problem I was having as well as giving a little shimmer.

It’s a subtle shimmer not like a highlighter but a healthy shimmer I’m not so embarrassed about my legs looking like cracked cement now. They resemble the legs of someone who has not met the harshness of this winter.. although they darn well have!

Love it can’t wait to use in summer with a tan. It’s a fave but use sparingly as not the cheapest I have paid.. but being a butter a lot goes a long way. Delicious

I'm not sure who this is aimed at, probably someone younger than I am, but I enjoyed it none the less. The fragrance isn't overpowering, the shimmer is subtle, I would have liked if that was a bit less subtle and more shimmery. I'll use it up, but won't repurchase. Happy I got to try it out though.
