I've been a big Trilogy fan since a friend introduced me to the brand several years ago. I love that they are a NZ company making natural products. Rosehip oil had been a staple in my bathroom cabinet ever since.
During the time that I've used rosehip oil my skin has been through the works. Horrible hormonal acne followed by dryness from the hardcore anti acne drugs. I now, finally, have what could be described as 'normal' skin. This seems to be a good allrounder for whatever ails your skin.
I was excited to upgrade to the anti-oxidant+ version. I haven't really noticed a difference between this and the original. I use it as a serum at night. I'm always a bit heavy handed with with dropper and tend to use more than the 2-3 recommended drops. I use it on my eyelids, under eyes, face, neck and décolletage. I do like it as an eye cream but I don't recommend doing so during the day as it can leave your eyes filmy (it took me a few times to realise I did not have blurred vision lol) Where this has worked really well is on my décolletage which Is sadly starting to give away my age (why did I ever go out in the sun?!?) However I think this is more of a smoothing effect rather than repairing. Now that I've come to the end of my bottle, those wrinkles are starting to reappear.
This is lovely when paired with Trilogy's age proof night cream. Apply generously A d wake up with amazing glowing skin!
Trilogy's Roseship Oil is rich, buttery and smooth. I use it as a face serum at night and on stretch marks. I'm not sure that it has made much difference to stretch marks (and I don't think it has been advertised as such) but it moisturises beautifully and feels amazing on skin. A lovely product!
Tips: Be careful with the dropper! You don't want to accidentally waste any of this product!
