Q10 Anti Wrinkle Day Cream

This cream has exceeded my expectations. Packaging is simple and appealing, classic Nivea! Usually Nivea cream is quite thick and not that easily absorbed, however they seem to have hit the nail on the head with this formula. The texture is a lovely whipped consistency, and the smell is subtle and not too overpowering. It feels lovely when applied to face and neck, and feels fresh and natural. Not too much needs to be used, a little goes a long way. Im not sure if it has reduced fine lines, however I did have a friend comment that she noticed, which is a good sign. I will definately keep using this cream and see it to the bottom of the jar! Another winner by Nivea..

Amazing moisturizer

I love this day cream. When it arrived I was instantly attracted to the packaging. The neat wee jar with the yellow line for day.

I don't love the scent of this moisturizer but it isn't too overpowering either. The cream is thick and a little goes a long way. It left my skin soft and youthful looking upon application. The fact it gas uv protection is fantastic as well now I am in the over 30 age range.

I would buy this moisturizer and will do so when this tub runs out which may be a while because this stuff goes a long way.

Tips: A little goes a long way

Works best as a tag team

The shape and weight of the packaging suggests a high end beauty product. I prefer this glass container to a tube or squeezy pottle however I did have to remember to moisturise my face before my legs as the lid can be rather difficult to open with greasy hands. I like the typical Nivea smell, it's clean and fresh and doesn't compete with my perfume. The cream itself is thick and to be honest, I was a little concerned it would be greasy. I was surprised how easily it went on and a little certainly goes a long way. After a week of using the cream, I went out and bought the night cream too. This is when the effects really came into play. My skin really softened and my rough red cheeks have really smoothed. I noticed that when I went for a run after applying the moisturiser in the morning my face felt really warm and cloggy. This was the only time I felt the day cream was a little heavy.

Tips: Buy the night cream too for maximum effect.

Didn't suit me

I was really excited to do this review but sadly the product didn't work with my skin. I ended up with terrible break outs when I used it :(

I really liked the packaging, really easy to open and looked nice on mu dresser. The cream itself was lovely but I felt it left my skin feeling too greasy and so I used it at night rather than during the day. Also a small amount went a long way which was awesome. I did notice a small change to my skin/wrinkles but the fact that I broke out in pimples meant I just couldn't use it. I tried a second time but the same thing happened.

Lovely light cream

I am usually a Nivea Soft user for my face, but I was very happy with the Q10 version. It has a lovely scent, and is not too greasy. I didn't notice a huge difference in my wrinkles, although did get two compliments about my skin being soft and looking great! I'm looking forward to buying this again.

Tips: N/a

Provides all day moisture!

I got the opportunity to try Nivea Q10 Plus Anti-Wrinkle Energising Day Cream. I was interested to try this cream as I am starting to notice a few more lines and wrinkles as I get into my 30s.

I was happy to see that it had SPF15 as that is very important to me in a day cream. The cream is thick and is lovely to apply but it does take a while to soak it. It does give my skin an "energising" glow which is quite nice.

It kind of smells like other Nivea products I have used which is fine because it is not overpowering or anything. The packaging is nice but I much prefer a pump as I find I can control how much I am using a lot easier.

I have been using the product for a few weeks now and I am about half way through the pot so it seems to be good value for money. I haven't seen a huge difference in my lines but it does keep my skin soft and moisturised all day so I think it must be helping to prevent new ones - well I hope so!

Tips: You don't need too much of this product - a little goes a long way.

Wonderful

I loved this product! I found it light and non greasy, I used it both day and night and saw a marked difference in my overall skin tone, not a huge difference in wrinkles but my skin seemed to glow more and it looked less dull. I loved the fact that this cream didn't flare up my adult acne as a lot of wrinkle creams do.the only thing I would change is that it was a bit too fragrant.

Tips: Use for day and night

Good Product, but not quite converted

I really liked quite a few things about this product which left me with lots of promise. The smell is so nice, some find it a little overwhelming but I like a nice fresh clean smell and this ticked the box perfectly. I also like the texture of the cream, which I found quite light and easy to apply. A little really seemed to go a long way, and weeks in I still have well over half a tub left, so for the price would be an overall thumbs up for a repeat buy. The product itself was ok, but at times felt it was a little on the oily side. In some ways that was an advantage, as I get dry skin spots around my nose ( which i have seen an improvement on) but otherwise it has tended to leave my skin feeling oily ( particularly on my forehead). That said, when I have been using the cream at night, my skin has felt noticeably softer to the touch in the mornings when I wake up. I also felt my skin had an instant cool and refreshed feeling when applying it which I really loved, especially after applying after a long day at work! Overall though after a good three weeks of trying it, and my skin doesnt particularly seem less wrinkled the it did, but I will try it to the end of the pot and see if it prevets future wrinkles. All in all though, I dont think this is a bad product by any means, just not stand out enough to make me desperate to buy it again. For the price though and the longevity of the product, I would use this as a good staple back up If i couldn't afford my usual cream one month

Tips: A little goes a long way ( particularly on potential oily zones)

2 out of the 3 claims achieved

I often wonder if Anti Wrinkle creams really work and when I was lucky enough to receive this product for review I was suspicious as the packaging says results - awakens the skin and decreases signs of fatigue, the appearance of find lines is reduced, for fresh looking and radiant skin, like after a good night's sleep. If a product could do all that and not cost under $20 I would be in heaven.

So my findings after using for 3 plus weeks are, my skin feels so much softer and fresher so will agree with the first claim. The fine lines are still there though in places they have slightly reduced and haven't gotten worse so I'm happy to say yes agree with the claim. Radiant skin, nah can't say that at all, still look tired and some places my skin looks dull.

Over all I've enjoyed using this product its not a WOW product for me but I have enjoyed that my skin hasn't broken out with it, it contains spf 15 which means no need to add a sunscreen while its Autumn and its a nice cream which sinks into my skin quickly leaving it ready for my make up.

Tips: A little goes a long way.

My absolute favourite Day Cream!

The NIVEA Visage Q10 Anti Wrinkle Day Cream is my absolute favourite and this is the only one I'll use now. It makes my skin so soft and supple and actually smoothes it out, doing what it says and reduces the appearance of little wrinkles. I love that it has an SPF in it so you don't need to apply sunscreen with this moisturiser. It is quite rich and thick in texture but absorbs into skin nicely. This moisturiser sits well under any type of make up. I would definitely recommend giving it a go!

Tips: Make sure you let the moisturiser dry completely before applying foundation or any other make up. That way you won't get the filmy residue on your skin.
