The Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover is very gentle on my sensitive skin and my makeup just glides smoothly off, although you have to use a bit more effort in removing waterproof mascara. But overall it is an excellent product! Would recommend to people looking for a makeup remover at a great price! :)

Great all purpose makeup remover
Great product, removes stubborn eye make-up very easily with little rubbing/irritation, however it did make my skin a little oily.
Tips: Make sure that you shake the bottle and clean off afterwards.

Very good for waterproof makeup!
I must say I'm a bit of a makeup remover wipe type of girl, however sometimes if I have a lot of eye makeup on, especially waterproof I find the wipes take a while to take my makeup off....I find this product very good for removing all types of makeup, it does leave an oily residue but it is an essential in my bathroom drawer! Recommend!!!! :)

Oil Free and Effective
This eye make up remover is reasonably priced, easy to find, oil free and effective. A bottle lasts me a long time. It's nice not to have oily greasy eyes as with a lot makeup removers, it effectively removes eyeliner and heavy eye makeup. This is my department store brand of make up remover. The only reason why I didn't buy it last time I needed more eye makeup remover is because I was going to test a natural eye make up remover and I had a bit more cash on hand at the time.
Tips: I like to wipe off my eye make up first when I'm going to take a shower or remove my make up. I leave it on for awhile because it's more effective as the chemicals work better to break down the make up traces left on so I wipe my eye make up off first then I brush and floss my teeth, get ready to shower, undo my hair and tie up, etc. Then after I wash my face there's no traces of eye make up left and my eye area is free of products and ready for eye serum and cream.

Effective
This product is really gentle and removes your eye make-up super fast which I love! However, I did feel like there was a slightly oily resides left on my eyes after use.

Did the job
Was quite oily-feeling (despite saying oil free) and you have to use a fair bit to get it off but it works well. Good for sensitive skin and didn't sting my skin or eyes at all.

Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover
This is by far the best makeup remover I have tried. It removes my waterproof mascara well; however I did find it leaves a greasy layer on my skin if you use a lot on a cotton pad. Great product if you also have sensitive skin
Tips: Apply to a cotton pad and hold over eye to let it soak first before trying to wipe away mascara - comes off much easier than scrubbing from the start!

Effective eye make up remover
This is a great product. I use it, my sister uses it and at least two nieces. It needs a little shake to get started but effectively and gently removes all eye makeup (and long lasting lipstick) with about four sweeps of the cotton pad. I'm sold and will always use this product.
Tips: Don't oversaturate the pad though as the solution may end up in your eyes and cause fuzzy eyesight

Love it! Removes waterproof mascara and eyeliner really easily. No need to scrub my eyes hard or anything. Really gentle on the eyes, other make up removers make my eyes water and sting for few minutes. Leaves a bit of an oily residue but I always wash my face with cleanser afterwards anyways.
