I am not a fan of lavender usually but I love all Montagne Jeunesse masks so needed to try the Aromatherapy masque like my body needs water. I love that it relaxes my senses and my skin all in one go. Who wouldn't love that? I like the little foil sachets the mask comes in. It has a rip off spout that makes it easier to squeeze it out without it squirting all over the place.
The texture is thick and toothpaste like almost. It smells just like lavender with a small hint of Jasmine. It's not really a smell I like but I just love what it does for my skin. It allows it to relax and breathe. My skin is always so dry and red but with using Montagne Jeunesse Aromatherapy Masque once a week it injects that moisture I need back in to my face. At the same time I let go of all the stresses of life. It really does relax the senses. It actually makes me a tad sleepy if I leave it on too long.
Smoothing it on to my face it feels refreshing but cold. I leave it on for 15 minutes or until it dries. It makes my face all tight and makes it hard to smile but to me that feels like it's working on my skin. Fast forward fifteen minutes and wash off with warm water and flannel. Feel my skin and oohhh aaahhh it feels amazing!
I always follow up with a great moisturizer and my skin is as soft as it was when I was young. Used frequently, like once a week it really does so wonders for the emotional state and the skin problems I have. My skin has been feeling a lot more hydrated and supple since using Montagne Jeunesse Aromatherapy Masque. Get in to it. You will not be disappointed.
I love this face mask brand, they are an affordable price and have such a good variety. This mask in particular smells so amazing and relaxing, the lavender makes you feel so calm. There is enough in the packet to share with others or save to use for yourself again! I will always be buying these masks!
