Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Pore Scrub

The new, all natural pore scrub for Neutrogena's naturals range is simply amazing. The first this I did when I got it was give it a smell. I was expecting something very neutral and plain but I was pleasantly surprised to find a lovely fresh apple sent. It smells better then most other scrubs I've used before and I love the fact that they have made something that is natural with out being bland. I did a quick scan of the info on the back and sore that the packaging is made from recycled materials which is also really fantastic. The first time I used it I realized a little goes along way and a very small amount can easily clean my whole face and its awesome to find a product that is going to last a long time before getting a new tube. The little scrubbing beads felt very gentle on my skin and not at all scratchy or abrasive like some scrubs can be. after I rinsed it off, I patted my face dry with a towel and then moisturised and my skin just felt amazing! Its was so soft and smooth and felt really fresh and clean and because it is so gentle I have been using it every day and skin looks and feels fantastic. I absolutely love this scrub and would definitely recommend it to my friends, and its really good for sensitive skin.

I wouldn't recommend using the Neutrogena Purifying Pore Scrub your daily cleanser, however it does compliment the Neutrogena's Purifying Daily Cleanser really well as a once a week pampering product.

The exfoliating beads aren't harsh but after two days in a row of using this scrub my skin felt unpleasantly tight and sensitive.

On the flipside, I love the sweet scent that leaves your skin with a long lasting perfume from natural sources, and that it isn't tested on animals and if I do only use it once a week my face feels soft and supple.

To start off I have to say that I am already a Neutrogena fan - I have been using their 'Deep Clean Gentle Scrub' for years. It was the first face product I ever used and having tried others that have either broken me out, reacted badly with my skin, or just done nothing, I always went back to it. But for the first time I have found something better and low and behold its from Neutrogena as well! So, I have normal to dry, non-pimple prone skin. From what I can gather from the packaging though this face scrub is suitable for all skin types - check! It smells amazing (which is a big thing for me - Its hard to feel pampered when you're using stinky or just dull smelling products, but too much fragrance and it feels like you're cleaning your face with perfume, right?) - so check! I love the consistency and texture of the product. Its gentle and smooth, but still effectively relieves dry winter skin leaving my skin feeling clean, fresh, and soft - check! Its 94% naturally derived and being able to recognise most of the ingredients in the breakdown on the back was a definite plus - so check! Overall I will definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to add an affordable facescrub /exfoliant to their skincare regime. And will definitely be repurchasing for myself as well when this one runs out because I definitely enjoyed this!

I have been using this every day sometimes 2 times a day since I got it, I love this product, it makes my skin feel amazing! The little scrubbing beads in the product are just right, not too harsh but they get in there and do the job. The product has a silky feel, and feels very moisturising. Since I've been using this I've noticed a few changes in my skin - I use to have areas which would dry out with other facewashs, this dryness has gone completely. The little belmishes that pop up every now and then, have gone, and instead of having a 4-5 pop up there has only been 1 or 2.

It is a great product and I will continue to buy this after I run out!

I was eager to try this as my skin is really sensitive to certain ingredients and I love to find products that are natural. I was plesantly surprised to find it really cleaned and purified all the while being really gentle on my skin. After a week of use every second day my skin is feeling fresh and clear. I am even more keen to try the rest of this product range now.

I loved using this product! I found it really gentle on my sensitive skin, yet the beads were enough to scrub away the dirt from my pores. I really like natural products , without nasty chemicals, so this was a bonus. I didn't mind the smell of it and found it wasn't overpowering. It left my skin feeling clean and fresh. i am definitely interested in trying the other products in the Neutrogena Naturals range. Thanks BR x

Product came in a good size tube, when i opened it it had a nice aroma, i squeezed a bit onto my hand and was greeted by a clump of product which had dried and a smooth feeling liquid. I utilized the product morning and night and didnt notice much difference to my skin, but i did notice that every morning i used the product i was greeted with the clump from top of the tube.

I have been using this product for over a week now and I have found it really good. When I started using it I had an outbreak of acne and although it is not specifically targeted at acne it has helped to start clearing it up. It has gentle beads that polish your skin as you use it and has a nice smell too. Overall I have found it a good product and would recommend it to others. I know it is not rocket science but there are no directions for use on the packaging.
