Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Scrub Pink Grapefruit Review

I have been using this face wash for about a year and a half and the only thing (in my opinion, as I have recently discovered) wrong with this is that it has microbeads and that makes it bad for the environment.

But... it's still a very good product, but not for people with overly sensitive skin.

I don't use this everyday, because my skin is sensitive, so twice to three times a week is my routine. It does wonders for clearing up my acne and it's the best salicylic acid product I have tried.

The smell is lovely, and the added pink grapefruit gives your skin a healthy glow. It does dry out your skin though, so moisturize afterwards.

I use it as a spot treatment sometimes, and even that works! I am highly impressed by this product, even though I am switching to a more eco-friendly product.

I love this stuff! Its smells refreshing and works well for me as my skin is prone to acne. I have used a lot of different brands of face scrubs and this one feels quite luxurious compared to others.

I purchased this after having received a small trial sample from Neutrogena.

The packaging is pretty and you can see the face scrub and microbeads through the plastic which makes it easy to see how much you are using and how much is left. The scrub formula is easy to access with the flip lip too (can't stand the ones where you have to screw the lid on and off) The scent is just delicious and so yummy!

I used this scrub daily until it was all gone. It never dried out my skin or left me with dry patches like some scrubs can.

It left my face very smooth and clean.

I would definitley use again and reccomend to others.

I used to use this all the time, until my boyfriend stole it and used the rest of it up :( That's how good this is, even boys will use it! It smells soo good, I love the pink colour and, most importantly, it makes my face feel clean and fresh and removes dirt and make up really well.

It has never dried out my skin like some oil free products to (I have slightly dry skin anyway). It also hasn't helped prevent pimples or anything like that, but it hasn't irritated my skin and caused them either, and that is more important to me as I'm a big believer that no product is going to completely prevent blemishes unless you have super amazing skin. Love it, will repurchase it and hide it from the boyfriend.

I really like this scrub!! It's not harsh. Which is fine, because I like a gentle scrub for my face. I lovvveee the smell. Very clean and refreshing. I use in the morning and at night and so far that's been fine. Will probably go down to one time a day for the winter. I think this cleanser helps my face stay matte a little longer. Overall, good cleanser, decent price, worth a try.

After a use, my skin feels smooth and deep cleaned, not to meantion my blackheads are visably going away after a few uses!

I love the smell of this. I use this scrub to motivate me after doing exercise. Exfoliates gently, smells great. I think it would work on all types of skin and you can use it everyday. My skin feels smoother after using this but if you want something extremely exfoliating, I think the Neutrogena Deep Clean scrub would be better. But for me it does its job and is extremely addictive :)

I love this stuff! I'm not allowed to have grapefruit as it will interfere with the pill, so this is my daily dose of that delicious grapefruit smell. I first tried this stuff about 6 years ago in America (hadn't even hit the shelves in NZ!) and I pined for it when I came back. Luckily, it's here to stay now and I still love it.

The formula is a gorgeous pink color with little tiny beads throughout. It foams only slightly and feels so freakin' amazing on my face. I love the grapefruit scent as it really wakes me up and makes me say hello to the world! My face feels cleaner and it doesn't dry me out or make me breakout, which is awesome. I haven't noticed it take out any blackheads, but I don't use it daily, only when I need a pick me up.

I have used a lot of the grapefruit range but this is by far my favorite. I'm currently using a sample but I think if I can find it in the next grocery shop I might just have to buy it, so I can reminisce about my wonderful summer in the wonderful USA.

Really like this product. Had a trial sample to use-good size for travelling. A lovely smell and lathers well on your skin. Leaves face feeling clean but not too tight, but like it has been cleaned properly. Would use this again as I think Neutrogena suits my skin type.

I use this product every morning. It leaves my face feeling fresh and clean. I am prone to black heads around my chin and nose and this product does keep them at bay. My skin does feel quite dry after washing with this product but nothing a little moisterizer cant fix. It also has a nice fragrance which is crisp and fresh.

I got this as a tester in the carefree starter kit and I love it! smells amazing! so fresh and clean and really makes you feel clean and alive, like you're scrubbing away those old skin cells. the scrub is like scrubbing your face with sea salt and face wash. I didn't find this product to foam up at all. i loved using it in the shower because it was hard to get the scrub off with water in a sink and i would end up with bits in my eyes. excellent at getting makeup off. only need a tiny amount, about the size of a baked bean, and scrub gently and slowly so as not to rip your skin off. i would wash twice as this is what i like to do, first time to loosen, second time to clean. am definitely going to buy a larger size of this product in the near future!!
