Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash

I would never use this again. I used it once and came out in a huge rash all over my face and neck. My skin stung and felt like it had been burnt. The next day my skin was literally peeling off. I would not recommend this to anyone with acne or sensitive skin

I used this product once and will never be using it again. I have quite oily skin but after one use my skin was extremely dry and cracked and took over a week of using an extremely thick moisturiser to repair itself. It left my skin very painful.

I received a sample sized tube along with other neutrogena products..

It full on stripped the skin on my face!!

I had really only used a tiny amount, lathered it up and began washing my face. It was until I dried my face that it was tight and almost flakey.

You know that sore , raw tightness you get from using a wash that's waaaaay too stripping....yeah that!

I do have oily skin. But this stripped beyond enough.

I wont use it again. It doesn't help my skin. It just over dries it out :(

I used this and it felt like my face was burning and very tight. I followed the directions and used very little, then around my nose, lips and chin started to burn. Now I have flaky very dry, ultra sensitive, irritated skin that makeup wont cover :(

i got this product when the wharehouse had them on special for $3 a bottle so as you could imagine i bought 6 bottles haha you don't need to use much i used it mostly on my back and i did see a little difference but i don't get many pimples on my face but i work in a kitchen so i used this 4 times a week just to cleanse my skin it is nice to put on and doesn't have a funky smell, it left my skin feeling fresh afterwards but to be honest im not sure it made that much of a difference..... my partner used it a couple of times as he gets acne and he didn't like it at all with his sensitive skin. wouldn't buy it again

I purchased this product in a bid to curb my acne a few years ago, and was so disappointed with it. It seemed alright at first, but that changed - my skin eventually became irritated and dry as I continued to use it. I had to stop using this product in order to save my skin. Moisturising after would reduce the tightness and dryness, but my face still looked very irritated. I would not recommend this to anyone under any circumstance.

I have really oily skin. Not the type that breaks out into loads acne (thankfully) but the type that leaves little bumps and oil all over my face. Yuck. I was hoping that this would do the trick and help my bumps decrease, but it did literally nothing. The "oil-free" part didn't have any effect on my skin. I shall continue my hunt for the perfect cleanser to stop my oily skin! Any tips would be greatfully accepted!!

This product is perfect for people who get oily skin like me. It got rid of my pimples and I haven't any problems with my face again, however that's just on my face I would recommend this product to other but you may not get the same results as I did, But I love this it also smells good to!

I was gifted this, but I have so many other face washes that after a couple of uses it's been pushed to the back of my bathroom counter. Here's why: while it's in a super handy pump bottle, lathers well, and you only need to use a small amount of product, it did seem to make my skin a lot drier than other face washes. My skin is naturally fairly dry, so this might be more suited to people with oily skin. I also didn't notice it clearing up my skin much. I think I'll probably end up using the rest of my bottle as a body wash, as it does get your skin really clean, but I wouldn't buy it again.
