Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Review

OMG I was so excited to be a part of this trial team as I have seen this product rated by many beauty gurus!!!.

This product is definitely a must as it is really light weight and non greasy. I love the way it makes my skin feel fresh and not tight- considering I have sensitive skin, which makes it perfect for sensitive skin users, like the product suggests.

I tested the micellar water by removing my very black, stubborn mascara (which usually runs all over my face when I try to wash it off) this product removed it effortlessly with two wipes- i used cotton balls.

I then removed my lipstick and it left my lips feeling soft with little effort.

This product is awesome for me as a makeup remover. Although I don't wear a full face of makeup daily, (I stick to lipstick and mascara for my everyday routine.) The Micellar water removes these beauty products with ease. I will for sure be adding the product to my beauty regime. I feel it better suits my skin than harsh makeup wipes. For the quantity and price it is recommendable :)

I have been anticipating the arrival of this baby for like my entire life. It's a pink bottle, it cleansers, everyone talks about it and I need it. Praise the lord I got invited into this trial team and I'm tellin' ya, it made my week.

First things first - it's the realest, realest. Seriously though this stuff is boss. It does absolutely everything it says it will. It 100% cleanses, removes makeup and soothes. YOU DON"T HAVE TO RUB. It's amazing. I've never tried something that cleanses so well.

I used makeup remover pads from Kmart ($3 for 200) and put a bit of the water on them then pulled the pad across my face gently and looked at it and my face had been transferred to the pad. I don't know how it does it but it literally takes off every aspect of your makeup. It feels so nice and cool on the skin. It doesn't sting my eyes at all ever. Which is pretty profound for a cleanser as I find most of them do sting my wee eyes. It looks as though it'll last a decent amount of time (maybe a few weeks depending on the amount of makeup you wear). It's cheap though so that doesn't matter - and I'm so pleased it's going to be sold at Countdown!

Overall, buy this stuff. If you've struggled finding a good cleanser then buy this stuff. If you've heard every man and his dog talking about it, buy this stuff. If you wear makeup, buy this stuff. If you have a face, buy this stuff. Just buy this stuff. Please. You won't regret it. xoxo

I've been dying to try the Micellar water after seeing people rave about it on Facebook and Twitter, and I was so delighted to get to trial it!

I love the bottle, it's simple but really pretty - with it's pink top and clear bottle/silver backing - it looks like magic in a bottle... and it works like magic too!

A couple of squirts onto a cotton pad, and some gentle massage is all it takes to remove all make-up - including Double Wear! I couldn't believe it at first, it just seemed too easy! But after going over the same cheek a second time with a cotton pad, there was no residue or anything left for me to remove :)

The best part for me was how my skin felt after use - there was none of the stinging or overly-dry feeling I've gotten in the past with wipes or other types of cleansers. My face felt clean without feeling overly clean, and I didn't feel like I needed to immediately moisturise.

I can understand the hype about this product - it is so easy to use and it works so well. The ease of use is, for me, a big selling point. I far prefer this over using wipes, and I really love how my face feels after use.

This product is so easy to use. I'm sometimes guilty of being too lazy to clean my face at night. However, this product made it fast and simple. I love that there is no washing face clothes afterwards and that you can see the makeup instantly come smoothly off. It is economical coming in a 400ml bottle of which you only need 1/2 teaspoon for each clean. I tried this and found it adequately cleansed my face. I think I would use this as my default cleanser and travelling cleanser. For a more thorough or intensive clean I still prefer my antipodes butter cleanser. But there's no doubt about it..this cleanser is hassle free.

It does exactly what it claims to do. It was so effective at removing my make up, I was very surprised. It doesn't really have a scent, or not an overly noticeable one, which I love. Skin care SHOULD be simple, and not full of stuff like scents that it doesn't need.

It is used just like a toner, just apply to a cotton round and wipe. It did not leave my face tight or tingly or dry feeling, which I commonly get from various cleansers. I also did not notice any redness or irritation as I have sensitive skin, so it is a major concern. This product passed with flying colours for all my needs. So easy and so effective.

I love the large size bottle, but I would also like to see a smaller bottle for sale, as a travel/camping size.

To be honest, when I first heard about Cleansing Water I was a little sceptical - being essentially just water and having no scent. So as soon as it came in the mail, I was determined to try it. I put on some heavy eye liner, and as directed wiped my eyes with it. To be honest, I couldn't believe my eyes (literally); the eyeliner came of in just a few soft wipes. So, so far so good.

The next test was the next night after I had gone out with a full face of Make-up. I was excited to really give this cleanser a real go, and I was not disappointed. Other make-up removers I have used left my face, particularly eyes, greasy and shiny, red from rubbing and sore (particularly if some had gotten into my eyes accidentally). But this cleansing water was the complete opposite. My face and eyes felt fresh and as though I hadn't really even had make up on. There was no red-ness or grease, and it felt fantastic! I was able to take off all of my eye makeup and foundation etc so easily and I couldn't believe how fast it was either.

I also found it great to fix little mistakes when applying eye makeup. By putting a little on a cotton tip and dabbing the particular area of my eye, it easily removed the unwanted eyeliner, without really disturbing my eye shadow and getting all greasy - like what I had experienced in the past - and in turn ruining that whole eye's make up. With this I was able to fix the little mistakes without a hitch which was fantastic!

I love the fact that it natural and feels great on your skin - no smelly chemicals.

The easy-to-pour bottle is great, and it's awesome how you can simply pop it into your overnight bag if need be.

I will definitely continue to use this! Thanks Beauty Review for introducing me to this amazing new product! I will most definitely buy a new bottle once this has run out.

I had been wanting to try this product for a while so when i got the opportunity to trial it i jumped at the chance.

Lets start off with packaging: i like the packaging, it comes in a clear plastic bottle, great for seeing how much product is left, and it has a flap lid that you push open. this packaging works very well and the sizing is very generous at 400ml. This will last for quite a long time. the only thing that i don't like about the packaging is that when you open the small cap there is a hole where the product comes out but it comes out incredibly fast! i always end up using more on the cotton pad than i mean to!

Now the contents of the bottle: when you first open the bottle you notice that it doesn't really have a smell like most similar products, so is ideal for sensitive skin. it is a completely clear product as you would expect and has the same consistency as water so very runny. i have found that it is best to get a small cotton pad, place it over the opening and squeeze slightly trying not to release too much product, then i run the cottonpad all over my face after i have cleansed. This removes any leftover foundation or eye makeup. This product works incredibly well, i have to say that it has now replaced all of the toners that i used to use. I have also found that it has replaced my mac cleanse off oil which is a product that you use directly on makeup to remove it before cleansing. if i am wearing a very stubborn foundation such as estee lauder double wear which i would normally use the cleanse off oil on top of to remove, i have found that by using this product and a cotton pad does the same job!! for a lot less money. so really there are 2 different ways to use it, before cleansing or after cleansing, depending on the stay power of the foundation.

All in all i will definitely be purchasing this again, the only thing that i didn't really like was that it is easy to accidentally use too much product, but for the price of the product it is worth it. Worth a try i would say!

I have to say I was a little unsure if this would do as it said it would, but I was pleasantly surprised! It did a fantastic job at removing pretty much all my make up( - the water proof stuff) it makes my face feel clean and fresh with out that tight feeling you can sometimes get. I have been using it every day and night beacause it's so easy it's changed me I was pretty lazy about skin care mostly at night coz I'm tired/ lazy! But this is so easy I have no excuse now! It does leave my skin feeling a little moist or like there is a dew on it but I kinda like that. There is no stinging around my sensitive eyes. All and all this product does what it said it would for me and my skin and it's such a good price for the size! I love it!

This is amazing! I would definitely recommend. This did what I thought it was going to do and more! One small amount on one cotton pad wiped my entire face free of makeup. And as a comparison I went over after with a makeup wipe and nothing! Nothing was left on my face. This is well worth the cheap price it is for the amount you use and the wonders this product does! Doesn't leave my face feeling weird or sticky just normal!

I'm always nervous when it comes to trying Garner products as I have reacted badly to several in the past. However I was pleasantly surprised by the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. It did feel like I was just putting water on my face. It removed all my makeup gently with just a few gentle wins and left my skin feeling clean and very soft. I will keep using this product.
