i had a few of these in reserves from goodness knows where, and so i packed them into my mum bag and off me and squiddo went.
snacks galore and hello sticky fingers and pram table.. thing. a few of these wipes cleaned it up easily, they smelled alright and we were both happy in the end.
i tried them as a facial wipe but i didnt like them, probably why i decided to hoard them for the kiddo. SHE likes them on her face! she likes sucking on them too but hey. so, face wipe for adults, no, baby wipes for baby faces? heck yeah!
Wipes are one item I never purchase but I acquired these in a beauty box. I absolutely abhor wipes. Firstly, they are horrible for the environment and secondly, I don’t believe they actually cleanse skin effectively. These have been sitting in the cupboard and only come out when I colour my hair and need to remove dye from my hairline - they are great for that! I decided to give them a go on my face purely for the purpose of reviewing them.
On the plus side, these smell pleasant enough and do not have an over powering scent. Sadly, despite using both sides of two wipes, my face was still not makeup free. These barely shifted my mascara which usually just melts off with an oil cleanser. I had to go in with my usual second cleanse and a flannel to shift it and then once more with my second cleanse for my skin to feel clean. This took me longer than my usual double cleanse with an oil cleanser and flannel. This has confirmed that yet again wipes are not for me (or the planet!)
