Great to add to a bath after a long day or week. Super simple to add to a bath. Mine has lasted a long time. I like this gel-like liquid one but prefer the powder/ granules one more.

Relax and unwind.
The main reason I like this is the smell. There is a good amount of bubbles with it and the smell helps to unwind and destress. I would stock to the salt version for the muscle relaxing part though.

Go to when overworked
Use radox muscle bath soak for years when I over do it in the gym or having a stressful day. Has a pleasant scent that relaxes your whole body. Skin stays hydrated. The bath and the scent definitley relaxes you.
Tips: Add Epson salt to help relax muscles more.

Smells great but not the most effective
Nothing compares to a great bath. This product does a great and make good bubbles. However, compares to straight Epson salts I don't feel like it is as effective. I do think it's a lovely gift or good for everyday use for a nice relaxing bath

Soothing and Relaxing
This is out go to bath soak for sore achy muscles for our whole family. The smell is divine, it seems pretty effective and aids muscle relaxation. We have used this for years now and will continue to use it.
