NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

This deo worked for me like most other deos do - OK but not great. I found the scent quite strong and it clashed with my perfume. I'm not sure how the whole "stress protect" thing works - how can deodorant tell when you're stressed anyway? I did find it easy to use and the aerosol spray came out nice and evenly and didn't seem to leave any white marks on my clothes - this is a huge bonus as I wear a lot of black. I don't think I'll be switching from my regular deo, but it will be a good back up for the gym bag.

Although its potent enough to make you choke while spraying, it does smell nice and refreshing. I did sweat while wearing this and it covered the bo well. Overall, i will use and like this however i wouldnt actively hunt it down to buy. I do quite like the smell

When I first applied this product I was pleasently suprised, it smelt good, wasnt sticky like other sprays, and it didnt stain my clothes. However I found that, yes it helped with the smell, it didnt really help so much with the sweating. Just a small note though: I only tried this product out for a couple of days so I dont know whether sweating is reduced the longer you use it. Overall I give this product a 3/5 - the pro's make it above average, but I sweated a bit 6-8 hrs after aplication in a situation where I had to talk infront of people (a stressful situation) so I deducted points considering that the product says that it is an anti-persirant.

I do like Nivea Deodorant and generally use it anyway. The Stress protect to tell you the truth seems no different from the Invisible I use each day. Nivea I do like because it is gentle on the skin and does not sting when applying a great trusted brand that has been around for over 100 Years.

Pleasantly scented, kind of peachy smelling. I found the scent to fade reasonably fast, but that's fine with me because I don't like my anti-perspirant to clash with my fragrance. It did control perspiration - I felt really fresh and dry while wearing this over a 24hr period (I did not go 48hrs before re-appplying so can't confirm protection re that claim). Was I particularly emotionally stressed while trialling this?.. not overly, just the usual everyday rush here rush there thing going on, but in the heat of summer etc I think it held up well. I also found the fact that it is not a 'no white marks' product not a problem, it did not seem overly powdery at all.

The scent is alright but its just your typical deoderant. Haven't really noticed a difference between this and other brands.

So this came within a day from when I accepted the trial so yay for you guys Beauty Review! Anyway I was pleased to have a read about the product and have a try! First of all I really liked the smell! With deodorants I find that smell is actually quite important because even if you spray on perfume etc you still end up smelling like your deodorant. So smell is definitely a factor to me and this one was good! However, I used this for a few days and then I couldn't use it anymore because it wasn't lasting me through the day. I've been a bit hot lately as I recently moved from Dunedin to Auckland so a bit of a climate change and to cope with this change this product didn't quite do it for me. I didn't find it lasted the whole working day and I had to reapply throughout the day, whereas with my current deodorant I don't have this problem. However, that being said I wasn't in any stressful situations during the week I trialed this product so I didn't get a chance to try it in that situation. Therefore, I thought it may actually work better with stress than just with everyday boiling hot weather sweat. Overall, I love the smell and I love the spray bottle - it doesn't sting, it sprays out in a really nice mist, and it does work for a few hours in hot weather but I found it didn't quite last all day.

I have used this product for three days in a row now. It really works well. I have noticed a significant improvement in my sweating and no odour during the day which is great. Has a lovely tingly cooling feel when it goes on. Underarms are dry throughout the day and has a pleasant smell. The only drawbacks I have with this product is that it leaves a white residue on my clothes and I noticed my underarms are a bit darker after I have used the product.

After using a roll-on for such a long time it takes a bit of getting used to the chilly sharp spray of a spray deodorant! But this has a nice odour and has done the trick so far, even with my stressful week at work.

I found that it didn't stain my clothes, and kept me dry. Fragrance was nice but too overpowering in spray form.
