I have used this razor for a couple of years now. The inbuilt moisturiser gives a really nice skin conditioning and moisturising effect. It is ideal to not have to lather the shave gel or body wash before shaving and also minimise getting the product blocking up the blades. Really great to be able to do it in one step!
With a new head, you can get great results with a really smooth close shave.
There are a few downsides to this product however. The biggest pain is that the built-in moisturiser often breaks off after 4-5 uses which removes the moisturising effect. This often happens if I leave the razor in the shower and it stays wet. I hate shaving once this has fallen off because the head is very flexible and the edges of the blade section aren't very smooth. The bad thing about this is that the replacement heads are very expensive. It costs $18 for three new heads. You have to buy on sale!!
The razor is quite big which means that you often miss spots in the underarms, ankles and knees as it cannot get in to the hard to reach areas.
Overall though, I think this is a very good razor but is expensive to keep using.
When I brought this a month ago I thought it was going to be the best shaver to use, it has a protective cap (which most do), and a soap with the razer. This made me believe that I wouldn't have to soap and shave, soap and shave. Boy was I wrong! The first two times I didn't need to soap before shaving, however the rest I had to soap. It was a difficult shaver to use. It was unsteady as the head is 'flexible' it made it harder to keep it straight when shaving. I don't find it all that difficult to shave and I rarely ever miss parts, however I found that this shaver was to 'flexible' and I missed a lot of hair. Also after use, my legs were drier then ever and I had to use double the moisturiser. Its just not the product for me. I found the product to disappointing and I will never fork out that much money on a shaver again. The plus side for the product was the smell of it, I like how my legs smelt afterwards.
