Simply amazing!

I bought the milk colour if this product a while ago and have been obsessed ever since! The pencil is a very smooth cream based formula that applies so well. The colour payoff is great and it is so easy to blend and build up! I love using milk for highlighting inner corner and brow bone, and the other colours act as great base, lid and crease colours that can be blended together so perfectly! The only issue I have found is that when the pencil gets low, it gets hard to sharpen, but that is expected with a pencil! Would highly recommend!

Tips: Use for everything and anything!

Such a good product

I absolutely love my jumbo eye pencils! They come in a HUGE pencil, the product lasts for AGES!

I love to use mine as bases under pigments or other eye shadows - it makes them stay longer, and the colours pop more!

The formula is super smooth, and the pigmentation is great! It glides onto your lid really nicely. It is also very easy to blend!

It is super easy to use, and I would recommend to beginners and pros! And it is super cheap considering how big it is!

Tips: Use as a base to make shadows POP!

Love!!

I have a couple of these in different colours but my go to ones are the "milk" and "yoghurt". The milk pencil is fantastic to use as a base for eyeshadow, if I'm wearing really bright colours I'll pop this underneath and it makes the colours really pop and look vibrant. The milk one is also handy if I'm having a "my baby woke up a million times last night" day and I look like I haven't slept in a week, I use this on my water line and it opens my eyes back up and makes me look human and awake. I find the yoghurt one tends to be my daily waterline pencil, it does tend to fade a bit so I top it up once or twice a day at work.

Great pigmentation - lasts all day!

I have this eye pencil in the shade Iced Mocha. It's a lovely cool mid toned brown shade. It's an easy to wear every day shade for me. It applies really smoothly with no tugging. It is amazing quality for the price, and performs well compared to more expensive brands.

Tips: It is easy to sharpen, you just need a jumbo sized eye pencil sharpener.

Amazing eye pencils

I discovered these on a web site accidentally. Ordered one and fell in love!

The actual colour is stunning. I have a decent handful now of varying colours. They go on so smooth without feeling bumpy. Some pencils with shimmers feel like the glitter is rough. Anyway I use mine in all sorts of ways. As a shadow, under the eye and under the brow. They are easy to blend to have a light colour tint or build up for a stronger look. They compliment eye shadows really well. Wearing under a actual shadow makes the powder stick and stay all day.

There is only one negative with them, (well me) I had no idea how to make the colour come up. You use a pencil sharpener (even though it's a plastic outer)

Tips: Buy a extra wide pencil sharpener from a stationary shop. Cheaper than makeup branded ones

Every girl must own these!

Youtube gurus swore by these and I had lusted over these since I started makeup school in 2009, I finally got my hands on a few from a trademe seller that sold me 3 for $36 which was an ultimate steal back in the day. I brought Milk, Yoghurt and Black bean.

The colour payoff is amazing, they glide on smoothly and have an even layer of colour. I use each colour for bases before applying my eye shadows.

Milk- For when I wear bright eye shadows that I really want to pop! I also used this colour for face painting

Yoghurt- For natural looking eyeshadows, all the browns, golds and yellows I would apply this to my lid. Also great to use for lips before applying lipstick or just adding gloss over the top.

Black bean- My favourite, to create dark smoky eye looks, I like to apply this over my lid and add a dark red or purple over the top and blend it out. I also use this colour for face painting.

I have been meaning to buy more colours but never got around to it. There is a huge range of colours and they are great value for money. The only down fall is sharpening them, I have had mine for just under 4 years and I still have a third left in each pencil.

Highly recommended to all, its an absolute must have, you are missing out if you don't own any of these!

Must have product

I purchased these because they were raved about as great bases for eyeshadow. And I am so glad that i did. They are creamy and easy to apply, they make your eyeshadows stick and stay on the lid without creasing all day long and they also enhance the vibrancy of whatever eyeshadow you are wearing, Since these come in so many different shades they are perfect for any girl that wants to build up her makeup collection. They can be used in plenty of different eye looks, ranging from colourful looks to more neutral and smoked out looks. They are very pigmented and a great price! I would recommend these to everyone!

Tips: Apply desired colour all over lid or just in areas you need it and blend out before applying your eyeshadows over top. Use a white to enhance bright colours even more and black or darker shades to create a beautiful dramatic smokey eye :)

In the minority

But I really, really cannot stand these pencils, they are creamy for sure, well pigmented but they crease like crazy even over an expensive primer and just make a mess of my overall makeup, I have tried these in matte shades (black bean, dark brown, milk) and one in french fries (metallic) and they all do the same thing for me. The other problem I have had with all of them is the lids crack and break within the first or second use. Makes a mess of my face and my makeup bag!

ooh yes the lids are not that great, and crack quickly. I'll be sad if they fall apart as I won't be able to keep them in my make-up bag.

Not convinced...

I have this pencil in Milk, which is the matte white colour. I thought I'd try it out as I heard it was really helpful for makeup and also worked as an eye-shadow primer or base. I've used it on my waterline, which was fine, and nothing special, except it is hard to be precise with a jumbo pencil obviously. But when I tried it as a base to do a silvery eyeshadow look, and applied it all over my lid, it was a disaster. It made me look like a ghost first of all, because it was so pigmented, but I thought it would be ok once I layered eyeshadow over it. But none of the eyeshadow would stick to it! It got all over my applicators, and I couldn't blend it or anything. It was thick and cakey, and just didn't sit right in any way. I don't know how you are meant to use it, but I obviously wasn't using it right, because it looked terrible and I had to wipe most of it off. I feel like the other colours might be ok on their own, but I got the white as I wanted something which could double as a base to keep bright eyeshadows bright. I will try it again, but from the past experience, it doesn't do what I thought it was, and I already have cheaper $2 white eyeliners which do the waterline just as well.

Tips: Would not recommend as an eyeshadow base. Perhaps applying a tiny amount of product would be better as it's so thick and pigmented.
