I'm naturally grey and allergic to PPD so have to patch test my 'safe' hair dye. My hair also grows really fast and needs dying once every 2-3 weeks, so I often have a day or two where I simply haven't been able to get to my hair dye and need a cover up.
This isn't my fave (prefer the L'oreal or Schwarzkopf) but I picked it up as it was half the price and worth a go - and it's fine.
I have the Dark brown - my hair is dyed dark brown so that works.
The aerosol packaging is sleek but uninspiring. It's a soft pink/white, with a shade guide on it. dispensation happens through a thin nozzle - I do find you get a bit of spatter with this, so often need to clean it off my face and hands - easy enough, washes off easily with micellar water or soap and water.
It has a gassy, aerosol smell that fades fast.
It blends well into your hair and covers the greys. It DOES transfer so I'm usually pretty careful if I've used it to either wipe my part and remove it before bed, or have a shower, and beware if you share my habit of pushing your sunnies into your hair as i've transferred it to my face that way before.
It's a good, easy temporary cover. I'd use it again even though its not the best on offer, as it's well priced.
Tips: if you're using this, use it pre-makeup to make it easier to clean up the wee overspray spots.
