I was excited to try this product because I have quite bad split ends from dry, straightened hair.

I love the smell, and the texture feels great while its on your hands. The shampoo worked relatively well for me, but the conditioner weighed my hair down and made it feel kindof strange and sticky. It did hide the split ends though so it does do what it said it would!

Probably just not good for my thin, fine hair. Might work better on thicker hair.

- Packaging:

What a huge bottle of shampoo and conditioner, great price considering tresemme call their products "salon quality". I may be just lazy in the shower, but it would be quite useful for these bottles to have a pump so you could sit them at the bottom of the shower and just bend down and push a pump; the bottles are quite large they are quite heavy/awkward and im guessing most people would not put these in their shower racks/shelves....?

- Smell/Consistency:

Overall the shampoo and conditioner smells great, and the consistency of the product is lovely, not to runny, not to thick. The product lathered up nicely in my hair.

- Using the product:

I found that once i rinsed the shampoo out of my hair, my hair felt stripped and alot more drier than other brands of shampoo i have used. However, once i had put the conditioner in and left it in their for a long time once i rinsed it out my hair felt lovely and soft.

- Improvements in my hair?:

I didnt however notice much of an improvement in my split split ends, however maybe my hair is beyond saving.....

My hair once dried fully was also more noticeably frizzy, and had a rough feel to it which is a minus for me. Im always tring to get my hair perfectly straight/frizz free (hence why i use my hair straightners constantly). It really is a viscious cycle :(

Overall i am unlikely to repurchase

Usually I steer clear of tresemme products as I find them too drying, and they tend to make my hair dull and lifeless. However, even after the first wash I found my hair felt soft and moisturised. The conditioner feels amazing, it's soft and velvety, feeling almost like a conditioning treatment. The shampoo is great as well; cleans well while not stripping all the natural oils out of the hair. As for the repairing of the split ends, i did notice a decrease in the appearance of them, and my hair certainly did not look as fried as it usually does after being washed! Would recommend this to people with dry, curly hair such as myself, it actually does seem to work!

I had Myself and a few other family members try this and they all thought the same that its awesome! feels great from the time you put it in your hand and when its in your hair is so silky and moisturising .... and makes your hair all silky and like You have just stepped out of a salon .... this is better than any conditioning treatment I've ever had ! def recommend to anyone !

I love the shampoo and conditioner! I don't know if it did anything about my split ends. But it definitely tamed my hair. I can even do without straightening my hair! And it smells really good.

I used the shampoo and conditioner for three washes as it said to do on the packaging. It says it takes away up to 80% of split ends which I think it actually did! I loved the smell of the shampoo and conditioner too. I normally use salon shampoo and conditioner that costs me a lot of $$ and I am very cautious of using supermarket products but this one seemed to be ok for me :)

I found after using it 4 times, it didn't reduced the look of my split ends and it also left my hair dry and "bushy looking". It did have a nice smell to it though. I was disappointed as I was expecting my hair to be looking smooth and healthier otherwards, but quite the opposite.

LIke other reviewers I loved the fragrance of these products and I couldn't wait to get stuck in. My hair is pretty dry at the moment and I had high hope of sleek shiny hair. I'm really torn with this one to be honest I loved using the products but when I was drying and styling my hair afterwards it felt quite cumbersome and weighted down. I persevered for another week and I warmed it it a bit more, but it wouldn't be my first choice. My daughter on the the other hand has very fine, extremely dry hair that tangles really easily and it is AWESOME for her. Her hair is easy to brush out after washing (that's one less fight) and looks healthy and glossy. I purchase Tresemme a lot and enjoy using it but my sense is that this product will either completely suit and rock your hair or it won't be your bag at all. So for our household 50/50.

I have used the shampoo & conditioner 3 times and I'm not very impressed with the results. After every wash my hair felt & looked quite oily and weighed down. I will keep using it to see if there is any improvement to my hair. My hubby likes it though. On the plus side the products smell nice & are in nice big bottles, but this isn't enough to make me recommend it to my friends.
